A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Apartment as shown in the photos, clean and very modern, a small tip, I would add some pots, but just a small clarification, because there was also a coffee maker!!! Apartment near Playa San Juan beach and Daniel is very helpful and kind. If I were to return to Tenerife, I would contact him again.

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

The host has given us very clear instructions to check-in and was always proactive. The flat was very clean and we had everything we’ve needed. The accommodation was perfectly located with many offers for having a perfect vacation.

Quiet accommodation where you feel wonderfully good. You can enjoy a private outdoor area, you can swim in a natural pool 5 min walk, the bars of the village are very nice, and far from the tourist madness of the south. Esther and Miguel are very welcoming and give plenty of information on what can be done. We would have liked to have stayed longer! We would recommend this listing 200%!

Staying at Daniel’s beautiful apartment was an unforgettable experience. The view overlooking the ocean was simply breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was pure magic. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. Daniel was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

David has created a very nice AirBnb there. It is very quiet, you have a mega beautiful view and he himself is always helpful from the beginning. It was very clean and as described. Thank you for the stay. I would come back anytime!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is a good starting point for many activities on the island. The house is really unique and thoughtful. The terrace with the breathtaking view was definitely a highlight. Communication with the hosts was straightforward, very friendly and helpful – a small power outage was responded to immediately and the issue was quickly resolved. We were also very happy about the beautiful fruit basket and the wine as a welcome gift. All in all, an absolutely recommended place to stay.

Amazing spot, views are incredible and the villa is very accommodating. Cameron was great with flexibility and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here if we were to return!

I have stayed in great Airbnb places across the world but this is my favorite of them all. The old village house, the placement on the cliff over the Atlantic, and the enchanting walk along the coast to the local village were all truly extraordinary.

The perfect place for all those seeking peace and relaxation. The small village is simply magical, the view of the sea is a dream and the apartment is traditionally but stylishly furnished. In addition, compared to other AirBNBs, everything was thought of, there are, for example, kitchen roll, dishwasher tabs and finally two dish towels.

We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. We had a wonderful week at Playa San Juan in March 2025. The house could not be in a better location and the views are stunning. It’s just a few steps down to the sheltered beach and the house is equipped with chairs and sunshades. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, and a supermarket about 1 minute away. It also has a bakery. Check in was straight forward and we received a warm welcome and our hosts explained everything to us. Communication was good, in part because we can manage a little Spanish, and also thanks to AU translations. The highlight for us was a boat trip where we enjoyed dolphins cavorting and having plenty of fun. We also hired a moped in the village so that we could easily explore further afield. The house was clean and well maintained. The only slightly negative comment from us is that while there is a reasonable amount of draw space, there is nowhere to hang anything.

The contact with Fernando was great. The house was amazing, especially the view on the sea. Everything was clean. You need a car to go there, but it's worth it!

A lovely stay with a lovely terrace!

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

when we arrived the flat was pristine. there was a welcome basket of fruit and cookie's. there was also toothbrush and paste,shampoo, shaver dressing gowns, bottled water etc . the flat is right on sea and has amazing views. restaurants and small town are three minute walk as are beach and amazing lido. we had a wonderful stay for ten days.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Miguel was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.

It was the most beautiful, romantic place I've ever been. Beautiful surroundings, cozy apartment with a phenomenal view. We felt very cared for and looked after as guests. Thank you, Hazel! :)
