Beachfront holiday rentals in Playa San Juan

We had a wonderful vacation! We stayed for 4 nights in May, and everything was great. The apartment was clean with a beautiful ocean view. Sergio, the owner, along with his lovely wife and their little child, were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a brilliant experience, and I truly hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Sergio and family!

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

La estancia superó mis expectativas: la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, la ubicación es inmejorable (cerca de todo y en un barrio tranquilo) y la casa está impecable: limpia, bien equipada y muy cómoda. Sin duda, ¡volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. Die Unterkunft sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern, wirklich magisch! Selten eine Unterkunft mit so viel Liebe zum Detail bewohnt! Super sauber und auch mit alle ausgestattet! Javier selbst ist super unterstützend und war sofort erreichbar, auch abends - danke!

Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe, da man abgelegen auf einem Berg wohnt. Im Haus selbst ist noch eine Unterkunft, die war während unserm Besuch nicht belegt. Küchenutensilien vorhanden , aber man muss sich alles an Gewürze/Öl besorgen. In der Anzeige stehen 2 Einzelbetten + Schlafcouch , ist aber 1 Doppelbett + Schlafcouch. Ist nicht wirklich groß, geht aber voll klar. Wer Luxus sucht, ist hier falsch. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, muss hier her kommen. Wir waren zu zweit für 5 Nächte dort, empfehlen es absolut weiter

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

Данное жилье идеально в соотношении цены и качества. Шикарный вид из окна на океан + наличие различных кафе и пляж в паре минут от выхода с дома это прекрасно. В апартаментах было все что нужно для проживания, включая комплимент в виде натурального кофе))

Nous avons passé de nouveau un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement, un cadre magnifique, un confort optimal et une ambiance chaleureuse. Tout était parfait pour des vacances de repos, du confort à l'emplacement Nous envisageons déjà de revenir et nous nous réjouissons à l'idée de revivre de nouveau cette merveilleuse expérience. Encore une fois, un grand merci pour cette expérience.

I booked this house for a week with my family and we enjoyed it so much. The house itself is great and the view is just stunning! My kids LOVE jumping into the pool and jacuzzi! It’s also super easy to go explore the island as the highway is 5 min away. We went to Los Cristianos, puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz. There is a little path that leads to the beach down the cliff…a bit hard for kids but did it as a “trail” and reached the beach in less than 10min! Definitely recommend if you went to spend some quality time in Tenerife!

Una esperienza indimenticabile vissuta in questa splendida casa con vista mozzafiato su Los Gigantes. Una ottima soluzione che coniuga relax e tranquillità a possibilità di muoversi in auto verso le più belle mete di Tenerife. La casa è da sogno avendo una vista wow sull’oceano e sulle scogliere de Los Gigantes. La piscina, non esclusiva, anche super apprezzatissima! Super consigliato!

Die Unterkunft in Adeje war sehr angenehm und bot alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die zentrale Lage war ideal, und der Gastgeber war äußerst hilfsbereit – er versorgte uns mit vielen nützlichen Informationen und klaren Anweisungen. Ein eigener Parkplatz war vorhanden, ebenso wie alle notwendigen Alltagsutensilien. Die Unterkunft war zudem sehr sauber, und die Aussicht vom Balkon war einfach zauberhaft.

Super einfache Kommunikation und einfacher Checkin. Überaus hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich. Zu 100% zu empfehlen. Alles super 🤩🤩🤩

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft auf Teneriffa war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders beeindruckend ist der Ausblick vom Balkon. Man schaut direkt auf das Meer, was jeden Morgen und Abend zu einem besonderen Erlebnis macht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt vor der Tür befindet sich ein wunderschöner Strand und mit dem Auto erreicht man alle Highlights der Insel ganz unkompliziert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem nur ans Herz legen, der nach Teneriffa reist. Für mich war es perfekt, und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

Todo fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba limpio, bien ubicado y exactamente como en las fotos. El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.
