Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa de las Américas

We had a lovely time time, we took our 3 children and there was plenty of space, they loved the dipping pool. It only took 10 mins to walk to Siam Park and the mall is at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket. Everything was as described and the views are amazing. When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, we had a great stay.

Wonderful rustic home, small and lovely. Great location, peaceful ambience, private parking.

Small beautiful cottages in the middle of a banana plantation... insanely beautiful! We felt super comfortable. Large parking lot and only a few meters from the houses. Each house has a terrace that was perfect for breakfast or relaxing evenings. (A few salamanders like to stop by briefly in the morning) The bathroom is really nice & modern, the kitchen is super equipped (although without a dishwasher, but you don't need it) but with all the others & a coffee machine. The pool seemed clean, but we didn't use it at all. The reading corner as a lounge is a dream!!! We were more than satisfied. :)

The place is a beautiful gem. Luckily, we booked very early, otherwise it would have been gone. We can only recommend it to everyone. Lupe also provided us with many tips from the surrounding area and always made us feel welcome.

Amazing spot, views are incredible and the villa is very accommodating. Cameron was great with flexibility and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here if we were to return!

Gorgeous venue with a fabulous host. Other reviews have noted that it's a heated pool and not a hot tub. This was lovely for our baby on an afternoon in March when the temperature was a bit warmer, but not suitable for sitting in on an evening. A car is absolutely required too. If you book this venue knowing these two things, you'll have a wonderful time. A highchair and a travel cot were provided for our baby, and a lovely welcome platter and drinks were waiting for us when we arrived. We had a small issue with the highchair straps being broken, and we had a new highchair I think within an hour. We found the hosts were quick to respond, and eager to make our stay as good as possible. The venue was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would come back.

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. Amazing spot!! We’d 100% stay here again, lovely apartment with a truly gorgeous view over the horizon and sea from the balcony, and the place was spotless and clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Perfect location too, you can literally see Siam parks entrance from the corridor outside the apartment door, and it’s so close to shops, restaurants, pubs, electric scooter stands and of course the beach too. Also Olga was super accommodating as we had an issue with our flight and would arrive late but said it wasn’t a problem and had Claudio check us in personally who was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. Check in was super easy and it feels really safe as you need a key/ fob to enter the building. I’m so glad we chose this spot it was perfect!

The accommodation was ideal for the trip to Tenerife. The hosts always responded quickly to questions and made the stay very pleasant. The apartment matches the pictures and the pool was also very clean!

The apartment was exactly as described, beautifully presented, exactly as the photos. Lovely bathroom and comfy bed. It was a perfect location with sea views and within walking distance of everything required. The hosts were easily contacted and responded immediately to any questions we had. We had an amazing stay with ocean views and nice amenities! Great walkable area to the beaches to restaurants and to shopping! It was wonderful to hear the ocean from the balcony and there is also a wonderful pool in the complex! We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely fabulous place and highly recommend. We had 2 weeks here and it was perfect . Location was great, apartment is beautiful and has everything you could poss need. Exactly like the photos. Parking available although advised to leave it over weekends if you have a space as can get busy. Otherwise always found somewhere in the local area. The pools are fab, loads of sunbeds in either pool. Walking distance to Christianos and also Costa Adeje so plenty to do with heaps of restaurants etc. We honestly couldn't fault anything with staying here and will be back if we visit the area. Fantastic host and we are very grateful 🙏

Apartment with a splendid view. Clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. In the quiet area of Los Cristianos but a stone's throw from the center. Supermarket, pharmacy and bar directly below the house. Gabriella's kindness and helpfulness made the stay perfect.

We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

Our stay at Alejandro's went very well, he is an excellent friendly host who took care to offer us local cheese when we arrived and was particularly attentive during our stay.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

Perfect check-in, we really appreciated that there was water and a carton of milk in addition to the bubble bath. Convenient location for getting to all the places of interest in the south. Parking always found easily even if not always very close

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.

What a lovely place to stay. Excellent views, everything you needed was there. Host was amazing with excellent communication. Smell of cannabis was very strong everywhere though which was a shame. Host was very supportive with checking out and let us stay longer due to flight times. Only downside was we didn't hire a car and it was very steep up the roads but that's how you have amazing views. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊
