very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you to Dahiana for her very clear explanations to find the apartment and her responsiveness to our questions .

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

7 adults 1 toddler ,amazing villa coped with all of us , really well equipped ,clothes horses when you do your washing, kitchen fantastic , fans for bedrooms, if you have toddler take travel baby gate ,quite a few stairs , there was travel cot too 😍 amazing location to beach and restaurants but far enough away to have peaceful sleep , I can't recommend this enough for large family 😍

Had a lovely holiday everything you could hope for in a holiday the apartment had everything you needed and was very clean and in a really good location. Had a leak on the toilet in the first couple of days Mecki got it sorted within 24 hours was a great host

We cannot recommend this apartment enough it is very equipped, everything you need and very comfortable. The owners are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, and they are very friendly and helpful. The water, fruit, wine and beer were a wonderful touch!! We will definitely be returning!!

Wonderful place. Location is great, parking is free and right infront. Views from the place are just one time. Happy we booked and stayed for a week. We had to book for even more!!

Lovely holiday and fantastic apartment

Very nice and functional apartment. We set up an office and workplaces so we could work for the 2 weeks we were in Maria's apartment. There were really good tables and chairs, and the layout of the apartment was perfect for this purpose. The apartment is modernized and has a newer bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen/living room and a very nice balcony. There are a few minor downsides to the apartment, such as a very small fridge as well as a very soft bed. I wrote this to Maria, and she has said it will be fixed. One last thing to consider is that the apartment is in the part of the building that is near the road, so there may be some noise. But no big problem. We slept well at night anyway.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for 4 nights and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed — and even more! The coffee was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the window. The host was very friendly and communicated well. We 100% recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Carmen’s especially the big terrace and how close to the Beach Carmen is a brilliant host always available even organised our taxi to airport thank you Carmen. X

Incredible value for money. The beach view makes the holiday feel 10x better. You won’t find a better location and view at this price. Very spacious apartment with lots of appliances too. Would definitely come back.

The apartment is situated in the main tower and has lift access to the front of the building, making access very easy. Beatriz sent a very detailed message with all the instructions and codes, making the stay easy. The view from the apartment has lovely views out over the pool area and the sea with La Gomera in the distance. We have stayed in Parque santiago and PDLA several times, so i will just say there are plenty of restaurants and bars on the main roads and along the seafront. We didn't cook while on holiday but the kitchen has everything you need. There are plenty of elecrtrical sockets dotted around, some of which have USB adapters (very handy). The bed and sofa are both comfortable, and the whole layout has been well planned. We can not pick any faults in Beatriz's apartment and fully recommend it.

Great apartment. The view is amazing and Olga was really helpful and help as beyond expectations. In the apartment is everything. What we needed for us. Close to the beach and easy to get there. One small minus was the bed. Little bit hard for us.

This was the peaceful beach vacation housing we were hoping for! The deck was the highlight overlooking the beach and boardwalk and it was always quiet in the evenings. After a long day out, it was SO nice to come home to air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The unit was warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated, just as the pictures depict. The location was unbeatable. Close to the market and endless restaurants and cafes. Would love to stay again soon!

The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. We thought this place was a real find! Perfect position, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Perfect location, walking distance to everything we wanted. We would love to go back and will certainly be recommending this place to our friends and family.

Great stay at the apartment, clean and tidy room with large balcony and all amenities required for a relaxing stay.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need (and even much more) in a central but quiet area (not noisy, you slept well and it was very safe). You could reach everything on foot in max 20 Min, but there are many buses very close to take if you don't want to walk or if it gets very hot. I moved easily from there all the way to Adeje. a special thank you to the Host, who was always very helpful, kind and responsive. i recommend it! I hope to return in the future :)
