From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. It is a very nice place away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful bathing bay. From the apartment you have a view of the sea. The apartment has everything you need, we were very satisfied.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Julio’s apartment. The location for us was perfect and we found the complex and pool area very clean and peaceful, plenty of sun-beds available throughout the day. The apartment itself was very clean with a terrace overlooking the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus when we needed it. Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants, you are spoilt for choice! Julio was very responsive when we needed any help or recommendations, he is a wonderful host. So much so that we have already booked to return next year!

Very good stay in this accommodation located in a quiet and well-maintained residence, with a nice pool that adds a real plus. The apartment is clean, functional and perfectly equipped, ideal for feeling comfortable upon arrival. Everything is designed for travelers' comfort. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation and will gladly return during a future visit.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Ocean. Ivan, our host, played a big role in this. Always friendly, always available, always helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. We were 8 adults in the very large house. From the terrace and pool (better to heat it up) you have a fantastic sea view. The rooms are very nicely furnished, the two upper bedrooms have their own bathrooms and sea views. The two rooms on the ground floor are windowless except for skylights and have a shared bathroom, which was completely unproblematic. Inside and outside there is a large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. The grill and beer tap were used a lot by us. You can't hear anything from the nearby highway due to the location of the house. There is plenty to see, hike and enjoy in the area. We felt completely comfortable, will definitely come back and recommend the house AND the host!

A home with 180° sea view, sunset, gentle waves, birdsong and the cozy, pleasantly warm wooden cottage - we spent 3 weeks in paradise. The swimming pool is wonderful for a few laps and a few ball throws are a must, We also spent days just on the property and explored the harbor and the entire steep slope area - the property itself is not overlooked. We came with a Citroën C 4 and the steep, narrow road is therefore carefully but easily passable, downhill you use the turning plate before the way to the harbor. Everything was prepared tiptop for us, fast communication and early check-in - a great vacation thanks to Juan Carlos and his wonderful Finca de la Paz. Viola from Ulm

We had a lovely time at Marta's house. We loved the location and proximity to the ocean. We don't get tired of the sound of waves 🌊 Marta is an exceptional host who has suggested many points of interest nearby. We will surely return to Marta's place on our next visit to the island! Thanks!

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea available to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It's a true gem, beautifully decorated and boasts high rooms with an exciting layout. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The various terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children from the lower seating area in the sun lounger while playing on the beach. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves made us sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it wasn't a bad thing that the wifi went down a few times. Great apartment in a really excellent and yet quiet location. Downtown and beaches are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and bright. Sea sounds with the window open. Juan was extremely friendly and gave helpful tips for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. The option to rent an underground parking space from the host is also very helpful and recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is very nice with a great terrace with beautiful views of the bay of El Médano! We would definitely come back!

We spent a week on vacation at Andrius's apartment. Since arrival, Andrius has been proactive in us finding ourselves comfortable and at home. The apartment has everything imaginable to spend a few days relaxing. The panoramic at sunset is really beautiful, and the name of the apartment is the right one, since you can enjoy the sound of the waves of the sea during all the time. Undoubtedly a great discovery on the island.

We had a great stay in Maya's apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very large, very pleasant and the view is magnificent. Parking space in a well-secured garage. Access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. Everything is thought out so that the stay goes well. Access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. We really recommend it. We would sincerely like to come back. The place is ideally located for visiting the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. It is close to Reina Sofia Airport but we do not hear or see any planes. When you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect. Maya is responsive and welcoming. She is committed to her guests having a great stay and it is successful.
