My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

I enjoyed my first time in mexico. I loved the location of the place since it was very safe. I walked outside every night and never did i worry about my safety.

casa muy amplia especial para 2 familias que desean compartir tiempo de vacaciones. cocina amplia y la alberca excelente para nuestros niños. la cocina y refrigerador amplios, la ventilación y temperatura se adecuadas muy bien gracias

recomiendo la casa, pues lo que más nos gustó es la seguridad que hay en el fraccionamiento, que el anfitrión estuvo desde un día antes, durante y después muy atento a nosotros y nuestras necesidades. la casa es confortable, cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario desde vasos, tazas y sartenes, hasta lavadora, plancha y estacionamiento. en conclusión volveríamos a estar con toda mi familia en el lugar.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable. Nothing to do in the immediate area. Uber was easily accessible. About 20min ride to the Hotel Zone.

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

Our stay on Isla Mujeres was unforgettable, and this Airbnb was a huge part of that. The home was absolutely amazing, clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with beautiful outdoor spaces. We especially loved spending time in the backyard and on the rooftop, where the pools and views made it feel like our own private paradise. Monse, our host, was incredible. She was super responsive and dependable. She even helped us get around the island as our driver before we got our golf cart, which was above and beyond. Lupita came by every morning to cook us breakfast, and everything she made was delicious. It was such a relaxing way to start each day. We’re already talking about coming back, hopefully with friends next time. This was easily one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

We had some issues finding the house, but once we found it…everything else was perfect! The host was above and beyond, super friendly, helpful and responsive. This was our first time staying on the South end of the island, but it won’t be our last. The place is perfect after a long hot day on the beach, king size bed is comfortable and the house cools down quickly. Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful home in gorgeous Isla Mujeres. Love the kitchen and all of the nice appliances they had. They take great care of their home, beautiful decor, and was the perfect place to stay in paradise. Loved the rooftop pool and amazing ocean views. Definitely check out a golf cart if you plan on staying at this location. Their concierge Gustavo was wonderful, was able to connect us to a fantastic local baker, and went over and beyond with recommendations.

That’s was great for the night ! Well located 🙂

Todo muy bien con la casa, de acuerdo a la publicación, estuvimos un grupo de 11 personas muy a gusto, muy agradable para pasar el día en la alberca y el jardín, solo que el condominio es muy exigente con sus reglas y poco flexibles con los huéspedes, no permiten la entrada de camionetas, se debe estacionar en la calle principal, aunque es muy seguro, el acceso es muy controlado y en ocasiones puede ser excesivo cuando estás relajado y de vacaciones.

Con toda honestidad recomiendo mil veces a Paola y María su apartamento demasiado hermoso, super limpio a 15 minutos de todas las playas la cocina soñada ! tienen todo lo necesario para poder pasar unas vacaciones inigualables, mis chicos aprovecharon el PS5 y la alberca que es climatizada, una belleza de lugar y una belleza de personas muy amables y atentas desde que llegamos nos recibieron con vinito ❤️❤️ Gracias por todo chicas 🙌🏻💫 Sin duda regresaremos 💕

Excelente!! Desde a recepção até o check out tudo foi perfeito. No anúncio, fala que é ótimo para uma noite, mas eu complemento: passaria muitos dias lá!!! Tudo funciona perfeito, a poucos metros da playa norte. Única coisa que lamento é realmente não ter ficado mais dias. Simplesmente sensacional e muito melhor que vários resorts da região!

Magali et son père ont été très accueillants et serviables. Ils répondent rapidement à nos questionnements. Nous avons apprécié l'eau de source à volonté donc pas besoin d'aller en acheter à tous les jours. Cependant, cet endroit donne sur la plage Del-Nīno et c'est un lieu de rassemblement pour les gens donc un peu bruyant jusqu'au petites heures du matin. Le condo est confortable mais un peu vieillot. Je recommande ce condo les hôtes sont très gentils et aidants. Magali s'est occupée de notre départ pour l'aéroport.
