We stayed for one week. We loved how peaceful it was and the pool was much needed. The monkeys are the highlight - they come and go without any bother. Could watch them all day.

This place was pristine! Whoever designed this home had excellent attention to detail. The landscape has grown in nicely since the pictures were taken so the property was even more beautiful than expected. With no adjacent rear neighbor, the trees, foliage and wildlife behind the home are beautiful. In fact, there is only one home adjacent to the property but and it's separated by a pretty good privacy fence. Loved the small surf town of Playa Grande as well!

We spent some incredible days as a family, Casa Bosque is more than we imagined. It is a space with a really special energy, the house is very spacious and beautiful. The beach is beautiful. We loved that they welcomed our pets in such a nice way too The service was perfect from the moment of booking Very happy, we will be back

Great place to stay! We loved the jungle feel at casa abejas and the salt water pool was amazing.

We were attending a wedding on the property of Hacienda Pinilla and this location was in the perfect spot to be close enough to the festivities but far and secluded enough to have the perfect privacy. Vanessa and Audrey were the perfect host. They were able to answer any questions we had and also able to accommodate any of our requests. I would highly recommend it!

This stay was amazing! The home became our haven during our stay in Costa Rica. We were able to see so much of Costa Rica without driving too far. Bring only 10 minutes from Playa Negra was so fun. When we were home we basically lived in the pool, overall an incredible experience at this home.

For some reason the room have only hot water,but, is just an small detail, the place is so nice and calm, I will back for sure

Our family had a great time! Enjoyed our surroundings and our privacy. There’s a lot to do. The only down side is when you were paying for things on the premises they added 13% if you didn’t pay in cash. So make sure you bring A LOT of cash.

The best AirBnB ever! I was sad to leave this incredible home away from home. It has everything you need. Usually, rentals lack the right utensils, enough plates, etc… NOT THIS PLACE! This had everything and all the nice extras. I highly recommend this home for an incredible vacation experience. We were able to enjoy all that Playa Grande has to offer plus some other wonderful excursions that were short drives away. AMAZING! Ready to come back.

We were looking forward a remote location to settle for some months. This was a great sanctuary to be alone and explore the empty beach. The WiFi was very good , even when other local services were unavailable. The neighbour made us delicious food when requested. A great adventure.

What an incredible place. It’s a few minutes outside Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo and worth the drive. The place has insane views and is so unique. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 11/10.

We had a great stay in Playa Grande with our 3 young kids! This home is great for families, and a good setup for multiple families or a large group. We stayed for a month! Elad and Carmit were just a text away to handle anything that came up quickly. The place is modern, clean and well kept! The outdoor space is wonderful, it’s an easy walk to the beach and restaurants, and a quick drive to Tamarindo or other beaches and activities. We can’t express enough how awesome the beach is here, not overly crowded like Tamarindo. Carmit helped book transportation, sent lots of recommendations and was just beyond helpful during our stay. We love Playa Grande and this home. Looking forward to staying there again and seeing Carmit!

We had a blast for our Christmas getaway! First, Mary incredible host, super caring for everything and on the call for any questions we had. The house beautiful, private pool with garden, we loved those lamps hanging on the trees. The kitchen is set with everything we needed, great bbq nights. Bedrooms and bathrooms impeccable. And the surroundings could not get any better; beach club access, golf, tennis, morning walks, great bike rides and pet friendly! Thank you Mary we really felt as home!!! Delightful vacations. And we will be back ASAP!

Our teenage kids said this was the nicest place they’ve ever stayed in. I actually don’t think the pictures do it justice. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable. The host was very friendly and helped us book an excursion and reached out for anything we needed. The kitchen was stocked really well. Feels very luxurious and secure.

We had a wonderful stay at Mono Feliz! The villa had everything we needed to have a relaxing, peaceful stay in Costa Rica. The beach, beach club, shops, restaurants, and town were all in walking distance. After enjoying the day with all the area had to offer, it was especially nice to come back to the villa to dip in the pool. Hosts, Jeff and Gina, were attentive to our needs along with onsite management, Justin. Pura Vida!

A beautiful place, around nature and very quiet.

Lovely, clean and comfortable home in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. We arrived in the evening and it was a little bit of work getting into the neighborhood (they didn’t have our names for arrival). Power went out the first morning so that interrupted cooking breakfast (thankfully we brought some food and we used the grill) but then we also didn’t have water or a/c (and then had to get instructions for water filtering system). Also could not get into laundry facilities, even using a second set of keys. Host/concierge was responsive to communication but still couldn’t fix situation. Host/concierge also helped us start outdoor fire pit. Definitely would need to have or rent a car as it is not walkable to any tourist spots, beach, restaurants or stores. We had trouble getting Ubers and getting food for evening meals. We walked to JW Marriott but the beach was not a swimming beach and no amenities unless you stay or pay to join club. We were able to get an uber/taxi from the hotel.

Andres place was the perfect getaway for my wife and myself. We stayed there about a week. The place is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. We could hear the Howler Monkeys at times and listen to the birds and the rain was the best. Very close to all the amenities, plenty of restaurants, shopping, and beaches. PERFECT!!!

Rarely have we been treated this well. We booked Adam’s place at the very last minute, and he still made sure every detail was handled. The home is newly built, part of a cozy little community, and even nicer and more spacious than the photos suggest. Inside, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully set up: fast Wi-Fi, good air-conditioning, nice furniture and soft high-quality linens. We slept like rocks each night and never lacked for anything during the day. Adam was always ready with spot-on recommendations—sunsets at Langoste Beach, a stop at Lola’s on the beach, and the easy perks of the Beach Club (totally worth the small daily fee). Best of all, when we casually mentioned looking for a longer stay, Adam pulled together options right away—proof of how much he cares about his guests’ experience. After a week here, we honestly didn’t want to leave. If you want an effortless, comfortable base in Hacienda Pinilla Adam’s place is the one to book.

If you are looking for a unique Costa Rican experience, this is the place for you. The house backs up to a rainforest, where you will enjoy indoor/outdoor living, encounter Howler monkeys swinging from the trees, birds chirping, the sound of rain falling against the leaves. And yes there were a few critters, but that was to be expected, especially since we visiting during the beginning of the rainy season. The beds are cozy and the house is less than 10 minutes from town, the beach, restaurants and shopping. David was responsive and made great recommendations. Our experience was definitely memorable.

Yerry was an excellent host, always very willing to answer all my doubts and also a very friendly and accessible person. The place was perfect: clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a carefree stay. You can tell that you have put a lot of love on this project, and I really hope you keep going in the best way. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing time at this place and Airbnb. There was a local market nearby. Amazing beach so close. Iguanas and wildlife. The crabs! I cannot overstate the beauty of the area and how much the house was well located. We will return. And we will share w friends.

Wow! This place was amazing for our family’s stay in Costa Rica. The pool was a huge hit and we frequently came back mid day to refresh and then go get some dinner. The big double opening doors were awesome in the mornings to let in the sounds of the surrounding wildlife. One of our last nights we went to El Beach Club in playa grande and had an awesome meal. Definitely worth checking out if you stay here! Our kids loved the 2 Cats that seem to frequent the property and were super cute and pleasant. All in all don’t hesitate to stay here if you are looking at this area. It’s a bit of a drive to Tamarindo, but it is really nice at the end of the day to come back to the peace that this offers. We loved it! Great place and amazing hosts!
