We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

This place is incredible. I'm 100% eager to repeat and the connection has been magical. Communication, cleanliness, etc. everything is correct Thank you Pepa for giving us this opportunity to disconnect and stop the world!

The cottage and especially the garden are great! both are larger than I expected from the photos. The location in the nature park and by the beach is very beautiful! And the kitchen was better equipped than I have ever seen in a vacation home. I am very sensitive to noise, so I was glad that I had my earplugs for the night with me, as everything is 1 room, so you can hear the refrigerator, for example. If you are not so sensitive, it is no problem anyway, otherwise a tip! Furthermore, a wonderful place to rest, I would like to come back in the future :-)

A great apartment in a non-touristy town in Spain. Lovely sea view. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things and even more. There are a lot of beach amenities: umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. Valencia is a 20-minute drive away. There is a mini market near the house, where you can buy bread, water and basic necessities. You need to go to the city of Sueca to a large supermarket - there is a lot of everything. In general, the apartment is much more beautiful and pleasant than in the photo. The owner is always in the messenger access zone (since he lives in Germany), the keys were given and taken by his friend, who does not speak English, but you can explain. There is free parking on the ter and houses, there is a children's playground for children (2 units), if you stroll along the promenade, you can find several cafes and restaurants on the neighboring beaches. By car you can also get (15 min.) to the town of Cullera, walk to the lighthouse or along the promenade. Beautiful apartment with sea view and everything you need. Many things for the beach: umbrellas, beach chairs, toys for playing in the sand. Near the house there is a mini market where you can buy bread, water and things first needed. Large supermarket you need to go to the city of Sueca (10 min drive). Just next to the house is free parking, 2 playgrounds and along the waterfront there are cafes and restaurants. To Valencia go 20-30 minutes by car. To the city Cullera as 15 min By car, where you can walk along the seafront to the lighthouse.

The views in this place were amazing! The apartment is beautiful and very clean! Diego was very responsive and flexible with our check in! Will stay here again!

The best host and apartament I’ve ever been to. Ivette would do everything to make your stay satisfactory. The apartament and view from it is just breathless and worth to spend there every minute. The apartament has everything you need, it is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is very calm, everything you need is just right at the corner. Highly recommended! For sure will be back. :)

Yolanda was very accessible at all times, as well as a very nice person. The apartment was all clean and tidy.
