Areca homes, what an amazing place, I stayed there for a week during the Christmas season and it was amazing, from the home to the views, to the beaches near by it was the most beautiful location and not to forget the host stay-ann she was so attentive with any query or issues I had she quickly solved and that made my experience a 100 times better, looking forward to staying there again. Antoinette’s place was a little piece of heaven on earth. It was spotless and so welcoming with fresh scents and special snacks waiting. Our favourite spot was the gazebo where we spent every evening listening to the sounds of the neighbourhood and every morning watching the hummingbirds. Browns Town itself, though intimidating at first with its noise and busyness, quickly became just as welcoming with many people stopping to chat with us during every visit to town. El Castilito is far from the crowds of tourists but close enough that we could easily go to the beach every day. Definitely recommend for any adventure seekers out there. If, however, you are a light sleeper I would definitely recommend earplugs, as you are in the middle of a community and there will sometimes be music and dogs barking throughout the night. We can’t wait to return when we are back this way!

Our stay in Saint Anne’s, Jamaica was absolutely amazing! Everything about this place was perfect – the house was spotless, beautifully set up, and had all the amenities we could’ve asked for. The location made it so easy to explore the local area, from grabbing fresh food to checking out nearby spots. We felt right at home and couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Jamaica!

We had a wonderful stay at Keith's place. So relaxing, ocean swimming is steps away, easy to get around, great food nearby. I highly recommended this place!

Lovely place very peaceful looking out on the beach from the balcony. Bed very big and comfortable. Sofa bed easy to set up and step daughter said it was very comfy too. lovely pool to relax by in the evening. Hubby took some convincing to go in the first place but he loved it the most and wants to return!

I visited JA for 3 months and lived in Erin’s and Dwayne’s Airbnb. It’s a cozy spot with all of the amenities you’ll need for a short or extended stay on the island. I cooked my own meals, when I wanted to, and lived comfortably while there. Dwayne always checked in on me and was very helpful with anything the property needed. If you are looking for a experience outside of the resort walls, this is a perfect place to do so. You’ll be fully immersed in the cultural vibrancy of the people and the food. You can take a short 5 minute walk to a large outdoor food market and then continue on to the famous Ocho Rios Craft Market. I wish more people visiting the island would come to support these places that directly benefit the local community. The town is buzzing with life and it’s palpable. I love hearing the sound of reggae music while walking around the town. Overall my experience was nothing short of amazing! Thank you Erin & Dwayne for your hospitality. I will definitely visit again!

Gacia's place is amazing. Perfect location, walking distance to the crossroad for supermarket and cashpoint. As its on the FDR resort less than 5mins walk from our room to the beach. 1minute to the 2 pools on the resort. Gacia was very flexible from check in and check out and was very responsive with any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again! Perfect 👌

Great place to stay!!! The view from our first floor balcony was amazing the host was great along with Patricia. Would definitely recommend this place !!!

The host is very understanding and transparent. Any issues or any miscommunications arises. She will always respond really quickly to work out any possible solutions. Also her place she listed was very pristine and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to book her if you’re looking to stay within Ocho Rios. Lastly, she is quick at providing all of the instructions in order to make everything stress free and easy to manage.

Regna’s place was continently located right on the beginning edge of town. Shopping center across the street and easy walking to additional food and shopping. The facilities were amazing and very accommodating.

Although it was very short, my stay was very comfortable. The property is in a safe, well maintained community, and has all the right amenities for a short or long term stay. Miriam was accommodating of my requests, and always responsive. Thanks again!

This was perfect for our family to stay a week - a clean and comfortable space to ourselves, fairly well-appointed, in a quiet development with a lovely pool and well-kept grounds. It’s a four-minute walk from a truly stunning beach. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating when we had minor issues. Beach towels were provided, and there were chairs set up on the beach for guests. We look forward to returning!

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed.
