Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Plantation Village

The location was great! The apartment looked just like the pictures on the Airbnb site. The apartment was clean except for the dirty oven which I cleaned using the self cleaning feature on the oven. Prior to coming I asked the host for a blender and she provided a very nice blender. Joan was very helpful and very responsive whenever I had a question or concern. The television was not working properly but thanks to Shelly, the housrkeeper, she had the FLOW technicians come to the apartment to solve the issues! Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay at Joan's apartment, and yes I would stay there again. There will always be yeahs and nays with anything but the yeahs definitely out way the nays. The resturant on the property as nice and the price for tbe food was very reasonable. The restaurant staff was excellent. The workers at the beach gate were extremely nice. We enjoyed tbe free each access. Just me the location is great, you can walk anywhere on Main Street to everything!

I had a great stay in Dianne's home. It was spotless, smelled great, had plenty of towels and pillows snd all the comforts of home. Dianne always communicated quickly and was helpful when I needed options or suggestions for places to go and drivers to get me there. Will definitely keep in touch with Dianne and stay with her again.

When I booked this property I immediately received a welcome message from Tracey - Ann, she is was brilliant Her communication is what I would rate 10/10 The property was extremely clean, and I would also rate 10/10 The bathroom and kitchen have been completed to a high standard Everything in the property appeared to be new, the towels, kitchen utensils, and appliances. The fresh, sweet aroma as you walk into the property is absolutely divine, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complementary beer, water, and snakes. The property is small, cute, and luxurious.

My stay was nothing short of amazing. The Airbnb was spotless. We had a minor problem with the toilets but that was easily fixed. The host was super helpful and responsive. I will most definitely be staying here again !

We stayed for a month! It was so hard to leave. There is a beautiful view of the ocean. We spent our spare time watching the ships go by. So relaxing! The room off the veranda had such a nice breeze I never turned on the AC. The bathrooms where spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We did cook a few meals without needing to purchase anything but food! The living room furniture is the best I've found in an Airbnb in Jamaica yet! Nap tested & approved! The beds were very comfortable as well. We hand plenty of dresser & closet space. The washer & dryer were very convenient. However, when I found the hidden clothesline I didn't need the dryer much! The birds in the yard & across the street were wonderful to watch & listen to! Humming birds were there as well. When he was needed Donald answered every call & question. After 17 years of coming to Jamaica I will say this is the best Airbnb I've stayed in! We will definitely be back! Thank you Donald & Paulette for having us!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Avant Dream Escape in the Richmond estate, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The estate itself is **great and highly secure**, making us feel safe throughout our stay. The **beautifully kept grounds** and **great facilities** added to the charm of the place. The people we encountered were lovely, and the location was perfect, being just a moment's walk from the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. The house was very clean and well-kept, providing everything we needed for a comfortable, home-from-home stay. Jodi and Jerry gave us a great welcome, and Jodi's response to our queries was prompt and first class. She even provided excellent recommendations on places to visit and eat. Our stay was so enjoyable that we really want to find a place of our own on that estate! We’ll definitely be back!

Home was lovely, clean, and nicely decorated. The host was quick to respond to inquiries and was very helpful. Communication was key. There were clear instructions. We provided all guest names which allowed for a quick check in at the security gate. The Alexa control setting in the home was also a very cute feature. “Alexa turn on AC in the living room”. No need to get up. The property is lovely n all home in the neighborhood. Quick drive to everything in town. There is also a guest book on the table with information and local recommendations. I would return again.

I had an amazing experience staying at Humble’s place. The house was spotless, comfortable, and extremely cozy. Communication with Humble was seamless; she was incredibly responsive and very kind. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Airbnb. I know for a fact I will be staying here again.

Lovely home. Very spacious. I travelled with a party of 8 and we comfortably fit in the home and around the Lounging areas. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer and that I didn’t utilize the kitchen. Marcia was very communicative throughout the whole process. The neighborhood was peaceful. In the morning I walked the neighborhood and felt right at home. Easy drive from the home to the beach and the town. Would love to stay again. The views from the top floor were spectacular.

Where do I begin, booking the place was very easy and hassle free. let's just get out the way. Entering the place it giving a very peaceful vibes, a very homey ambiance.The house was very clean with a modern tropical feel to it, a fully functional kitchen with everything you need. The neighbors was very friendly .The facilities, such as the pool, club house bar, play park are all kids friendly, my husband and I both used the gym facility as well. Supermarket, Pharmacy, ATM and ice cream shop all conveniently within the estate and with 15 minutes from Ocho Rios to all your needs. My family really loved the place and will definitely book again.

I had an amazing stay with my family. The check in process was effortless and hassle free and the home is very close to the security post which was so convenient. The home is right by pool which made pool fun easy and I could stay on the balcony and see my family in the pool. The home was clean and beautiful. Paulett was so easy to communicate with and she was very understanding of an issue we had that prevented us from checking out on time! It was overall an excellent stay and I would book again!

Very spacious, clean and lovely unit. It was a quick trip so we really just enjoyed just relaxing on the patio and enjoying the sea breeze. Can’t say much about the town as we didn’t venture off much. Maria was a great host, easy to communicate with and very reliable when contacted her for anything. Would totally recommend her place.

Charles was a great host - really friendly and communicated well throughout our stay. The place itself was beautiful with loads to do, which made the experience even better. He was super accommodating and had a great selection of games, including a Ludi board which we loved! We’ll definitely be staying here again — highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway!

To give this place anything less than 5 stars is plain out unfair. The view, location, balcony, gazebo, overall convenience, etc for the price is unbeatable. I'm looking forward to staying here again, I 100% Recommend!
