Holiday rentals with beach access in Plantation Village

We had a wonderful stay at Keith's place. So relaxing, ocean swimming is steps away, easy to get around, great food nearby. I highly recommended this place!

Sky Castles is such a beautiful place to visit and Tony was an excellent host. He allowed early check in which made such a difference to our stay. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Christina was communitive & helpful as we even locked ourselves out at night once. The little air conditioners were really nice at keeping us extra cool & the water definitely got to scalding hot, be careful with that haha. She wonderfully provided a cleaning halfway through our week stay. Beautiful view of the beach on the balcony, we sat out there quite a lot. Very convenient location which we were thankful for! Thank you for our stay & will definitely return coming back to Ocho Rios!

I visited JA for 3 months and lived in Erin’s and Dwayne’s Airbnb. It’s a cozy spot with all of the amenities you’ll need for a short or extended stay on the island. I cooked my own meals, when I wanted to, and lived comfortably while there. Dwayne always checked in on me and was very helpful with anything the property needed. If you are looking for a experience outside of the resort walls, this is a perfect place to do so. You’ll be fully immersed in the cultural vibrancy of the people and the food. You can take a short 5 minute walk to a large outdoor food market and then continue on to the famous Ocho Rios Craft Market. I wish more people visiting the island would come to support these places that directly benefit the local community. The town is buzzing with life and it’s palpable. I love hearing the sound of reggae music while walking around the town. Overall my experience was nothing short of amazing! Thank you Erin & Dwayne for your hospitality. I will definitely visit again!

Gacia's place is amazing. Perfect location, walking distance to the crossroad for supermarket and cashpoint. As its on the FDR resort less than 5mins walk from our room to the beach. 1minute to the 2 pools on the resort. Gacia was very flexible from check in and check out and was very responsive with any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again! Perfect 👌

One of my favorite AirBnBs ever. I’m still obsessed with the way the windows allow you to sleep with the sea breeze blowing right over the bed. The whole place has screen doors too and I didn’t see a single insect in the place my entire one week stay (rare from the other upscale accommodations I saw in Jamaica). Absolutely magical view, with access to incredible reef swimming/snorkeling. 10/10 overall! Also Tasha was extremely communicative and helpful when I needed some help figuring stuff out.

Zuma is definitely a gem. Our stay was very peaceful. Joyela's response time is quick and she always handle any issues (minimal) fast. Its a home away from home. Oh and the water is HOT 🔥....at the top of the list of places we've stayed!

We had spent only 2 days at another property near the beach There was a plumbing issue and we were told that we needed to find another place that day. This was very frustrating and unexpected. I found this location, it looked wonderful and Jamie was able to accommodate us that same day. We enjoyed our stay in Jamaica. Thanks Jamie

I will definately go back. If I take time out write a positive review, you better believe it was a nice place. I spoke with Jordan mostly and he was EXCEPTIONAL. He made sure everthing was good and will go out of his way to do extra. Ireally appreciated the hospitolity. You would not be disappointed booking here.

What a fabulous house everything you needed is available kitchen and utilities.The house itself has great kerb appeal good location with Cove beach within 10 min and (Porto seco 25 min ) all rooms are spacious with good bathrooms living room plenty of seating dining room seats 10 . The kids enjoyed the on site pool sad to say no food was available maybe not enough customers for the time of year (Bar the usual beers and shorts) Off site restaurants are plentiful and within minutes. I was hesitant about renting An AIRBNB, Robert's place was Cozy Clean,and the location was excellent. He was always responsive and communicates whenever you need him.I highly recommend staying at his AIRBNB to anyone who's looking for some peace and relaxation.. I definitely will stay at his place. It was a pleasure for us to meet Antionette, she was such a welcoming wonderful host. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. Beautiful and peaceful just what we were looking for. She had plenty of suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do. Any time we called she was ready to assist us. We had VIP access the beach which we loved. Hubby and I had an awesome time there. We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

I had a great stay. It was a last minute check in. It was late in the night but Joanne responded quickly and made everything smooth to check in even though it was 8:30 at night. The house was ready for us to check in with no trouble. It was easy to locate. Great communication with Joanne. I would definitely stay there again. The house was clean, peaceful. The host is very understanding and transparent. Any issues or any miscommunications arises. She will always respond really quickly to work out any possible solutions. Also her place she listed was very pristine and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to book her if you’re looking to stay within Ocho Rios. Lastly, she is quick at providing all of the instructions in order to make everything stress free and easy to manage.

Regna’s place was continently located right on the beginning edge of town. Shopping center across the street and easy walking to additional food and shopping. The facilities were amazing and very accommodating.

Although it was very short, my stay was very comfortable. The property is in a safe, well maintained community, and has all the right amenities for a short or long term stay. Miriam was accommodating of my requests, and always responsive. Thanks again!

This was perfect for our family to stay a week - a clean and comfortable space to ourselves, fairly well-appointed, in a quiet development with a lovely pool and well-kept grounds. It’s a four-minute walk from a truly stunning beach. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating when we had minor issues. Beach towels were provided, and there were chairs set up on the beach for guests. We look forward to returning!

Michelle and Kerone were exceptional in their commitment and communication with me.The space is amazingly beautiful and it was so much better than I expected! I felt comfortable and connected with the people. The beach is right there, walkable beaches and activities. There is an excellent vibe going on down by pool side , food , fun , drinks, games etc. I highly recommend this place for those who want to come and visit!

Absolutely love this place. The area was extremely safe especially for the fact that I’m a 5:00am walker. Walking distance to everything including the beach and food. Hot water and air conditioning was two most important things to me. Didn’t disappoint. The view was just beautiful and the area was clean. Blessings
