The experience was great from start to finish. The place is beautiful, as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable and with a very pleasant energy. Care was noticeable in every detail, which made the stay very enjoyable. The host was very attentive and always available for anything we needed. It certainly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few quiet and pleasant days. I'd come back without thinking!

Absolutely lovely :) Paola welcomed us with fresh mangoes from her garden - by far the best we’ve ever eaten! The cottage itself is simply stunning; if we come back to Miami, we’ll definitely book here again.

Absolutely amazing home, with great energy, clean and private. Layout creates an atmosphere of relaxation and home. Simple but elegant, just right. Only thing I would change is the bathroom shower (abit too small). Great and responsive host and easy to communicate with.

This is one of the best places I've stayed at in Miami. It really does feel like home. Very clean, very comfortable and walkable to the Design District and Wynwood. Also, this particular block is beautiful with some really gorgeous houses. The backyard is beautiful and has some friendly cats and mango trees. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it!

Excellent airbnb. One way street can be a little challenging but really this lovely sanctuary is worth it.

This place is quiet and welcoming. It makes you feel right at home. I came with my two Chihuahuas, and they were always protected and safe even when I went out without them. Communication with the host is also excellent. I would definitely return. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had a lovely time - the apartment was clean and included everything we needed for a few days. The terrace was great and the mango was the best we‘ve ever tasted.

Everything was just right. The place was very comfortable, the a/c worked perfectly, the hot water and shower strength were outstanding. Bed, kitchen and bathroom were just the right size and in excellent condition . Parking under the trees in the hot season is also a big plus. I would stay at this place anytime, again and again. I enjoyed my stay at the Unique Guest House. It was a perfect spot for me to stay on a quick trip to the Miami area. While the unit is attached to an occupied house, I felt right at home and that I had my privacy. All of the amenities were appreciated and the unit was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and Ileana was a very welcoming host. I would stay here again when in the area!

An amazing hidden gem! The guest house was much more spacious than the photos exhibited and it is tucked away very well for a complete sense of privacy and safety, yet still conveniently located as a central location for many essential stores/places. Ehab was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any inquiries. I would definitely utilize this place again. Thank you for hosting us!

This place was amazing and very spacious. They kept the place stocked with all that we needed for the weekend. It looks even better in person. The place is very quiet and is in a nice part of town close to a lot of great restaurants and stores. Will definitely be back again if I’m ever in the area.

We stayed at Heiner's Airbnb for a week. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable for 2 people. The property sits in a quiet residential area. Excellent location close to I-95, Turnpike, the beach, grocery store, pharmacy. Unit has full kitchen (except dishwasher), dining table, living room with sofa bed and a separate, ample bedroom. Bathroom is on the smaller side. We loved the large backyard with lots of trees and plenty of chairs; it was very quiet and secluded. Unit has private driveway. We were able to use washer and dryer in the main house at the end of our stay. Host is very responsive and always available. He was waiting for us and welcomed us when we arrived at night. We would stay here again in a future visit to the area.

Allan and co-hosts were absolutely incredible, always responsive, and helpful. We stayed for a full month and it was a perfect place for 2. We were able to use the pool and main house backyard when it wasn’t rented which was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and bathroom was clean. The place was recently renovated and feels brand new. We were very happy with this rental and will definitely consider Allan’s place again. Thank you for having us.
