This place exceeded all expectations, it was even better than the photos. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and located in a peaceful, private spot just a quick walk to a stunning beach. We were surrounded by fantastic restaurants, making it easy to enjoy great food without going far. The attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness made it feel like a true getaway. Highly recommend and already planning our next stay here. The host were also amazing! They truly provided an effortless experience from check in to check out. I had a great stay here! I like that it felt right at home and parking was simple. The apartment was very spacious and clean . Host was very responsive and friendly.

Place matched the description. Very nice little apartment. Loved the clock on the wall! Had a little trouble finding the right gate to go in bc it isn’t labeled main entrance from what we could see. Just kept driving around until we found the right one.

I visited Fort Lauderdale for a combination of business/pleasure and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. Central to everything, it was bright, beautifully decorated, and just a short drive to the beach & Las Olas. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Really enjoyed the pool. Kelly & Jennifer were great and able to accommodate a few of my last minute requests. Thanks for a great stay ladies!

This was our first time in pompano Beach Florida we had an amazing 20 Day stay @ Maria’s place we were very comfortable myself and my wife. We enjoyed short walk to the beach very peaceful and private overall, I will definitely consider booking again with Maria and Calvin on our next trip. Thanks again for everything. nice place to stay

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

The Airbnb is organized, clean, and spacious. Everything we needed and more was provided. The beach is a super close walk, and the private access was very nice. I highly recommend staying at Kyle’s place!

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve been to many Airbnb‘s in Florida, and this one definitely stood out. The host was super nice and very proactive making sure our vacation was its best. We really enjoyed. Thank you very much.

We had a beautiful stay. Great communication and very clear instructions for check-in/out. A fantastic host who has thought of everything you could want or need. We loved having a beach cart, chairs and umbrella available for the short walk to the beach! Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay at kandazen

We come to Fort Lauderdale every spring for vacation. This by far was our favorite air bnb. Very peaceful and a nice spot to come back to after a day at the beach or a night out! Convenient to powerhouse gym and just a few minutes to the beach. We will definitely look to book again!

The space itself was spotless, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything we needed. This stay was amazing and we genuinely didn’t want to leave!
