Great location, short walk to the beach, relaxing neighborhood, great space for my big family, we loved the pool.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Check in was easy and instructions were prompt. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a peaceful getaway. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

The Airbnb is organized, clean, and spacious. Everything we needed and more was provided. The beach is a super close walk, and the private access was very nice. I highly recommend staying at Kyle’s place!

Joanne is a great hostess. She communicates very well and is responsive to requests and inquiries. The location is ideal, located just off of Ocean Boulevard (A1A) on a quite low traffic side street. The location is very close to the beaches, several great restaurants and local attractions and very accessible to I95 if you wish to travers North or South. Very clean accommodations, with a dedicated parking spot and private entrance. The shared laundry is right out the back door as well as a gas grill. This was our second stay at Joanne's unity and will likely stay there again in the future.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

We had a great time at the condo. Close to everything. Nice balance of beach time and pool time. Room was quiet when we needed quiet. Pool was festive but not obnoxious or bothersome if you were trying to relax. Give yourself time to get your car from valet if you are on a timeline. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Would totally stay there again!

We had a beautiful stay. Great communication and very clear instructions for check-in/out. A fantastic host who has thought of everything you could want or need. We loved having a beach cart, chairs and umbrella available for the short walk to the beach! Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay at kandazen

This was the most amazing Airbnb that we have ever stayed in for family of 5 adults. Every detail made our stay feel like a resort vacation. The communication and responsiveness was amazing! Every fancy item in the kitchen you would ever want including a nespresso machine, tons of pool towels, beach accessories, all high quality hair dyers, steamers, so many tvs, a speaker and even a bench and weight set. They literally thought of everything! The pool and outside seating areas made our stay even more perfect. We essentially lived in the pool! We didn't want to leave. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for an amazing kick off to our crazy summer!

This place was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Lindsey thought of everything! We had a girls’ trip, but if we would’ve brought our kids we would’ve had what we needed too. It was SO nice that we each had our own bathrooms. The shops and restaurants nearby are wonderful and the beach was nice too! Would definitely recommend.

The initial meeting was very friendly and welcoming ! Once you enter the clean and luxurious Airbnb, you automatically feel refreshed and will put a smile on your face. The host will check on you to make sure that you are good. The hotel valet experience and customer service by staff members is phenomenal ! I highly recommend to anyone ! I will definitely return !

This was our 2nd time staying at Margarita’s place. We love it. The location is fantastic. The building is great everything about it is perfect for a quick little getaway. We will be back for a third time next year!! I would highly recommend it.

Pictures don’t do this place ANYYYY justice! Had the most amazing anniversary trip at this condo! Literally the only place to stay when in Miami! Complete luxury! Will definitely be the only place I stay any time I’m in the area! JC was very responsive and kind! Also Sunday brunch buffet at Terrazas on the 9th floor 10/10!!! Loved everything about our stay! ♥️♥️

Brian and Aleyda are outstanding hosts! Their Beach House is located a very short walk - 1 minute - to the Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is perfect for couples and families, well equipped and spotlessly clean. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is close enough to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but far enough away so you are not bothered by the noise and traffic, then this is the perfect place. Hosts are very accommodating, communicate quickly and are always willing to assist with any questions. We spoke to neighbors on the Beach who asked us where we are staying, and they told us that Brian and Aleyda's house is the best in the area, and they are great people. We will definitely be returning.

Highly recommend this place! We loved everything about our stay, and Deniz went above and beyond as a host. Perfect location, close to everything but tucked away on a quiet street and right on the river! We loved sitting on the dock watching the boats go by, and the easy walk to the beach. The water taxi even picked us up right at the property! We also enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, and renting the nearby B Cycle bikes to explore the area. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We messaged Deniz to ask if there was a blender somewhere and she had one delivered within the hour. Slept great every night. There’s nowhere else I would stay in Fort Lauderdale!

Deaigo was very responsive and helpful! The area was amazing, things were very walkable, and you pretty much had everything you needed right in the resort. The grocery store is right across the street. I loved having a kitchen, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably.

The stay was really beautiful in all aspects and the hosts were very accommodating - they generously provided early check-in when requested and late check-out due to a small issue in the unit. They responded very well to the issue and promptly provided a solution. A few pointers for the host: 1. If you prefer guests not to use the white towels for makeup, maybe provide a separate black linen for those guests. 2. We were unaware that we had access to the restaurant and pool at the hotel Lyfe across the street and I think this would be worth mentioning to future guests who may want to check out a pool with a beachfront view. The pool at Hyde is gorgeous as well but if you want a change of scenery it's nice to have another option. 3. The resort fees are worth it but some information regarding beach chair rental and pool hours would be helpful. 4. Double check that the premises are stocked with necessities (trash bags). Otherwise a great stay! Thank you!!

The condo was as described and had amazing views. The building staff was pleasant and helpful. The food at the W restaurants was surprisingly very good. I highly recommend Henry’s condo for your Ft. Lauderdale trip.
