I had a great experience staying at this cottage. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, apparently safe neighborhood that was close to my venue. The check-in instructions were clear, and everything was just as described. But honestly, Raymond was the best part of the stay. He was incredibly communicative and responsive from the beginning. Although the property already allowed pets, I reached out with a special circumstance—my friend was going to join but had to back out last minute due to her dog being seriously ill. Raymond showed genuine empathy and was so kind and accommodating about the situation. That kind of human touch makes all the difference to me. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted experience.

Whenever I see “rare find” I snap it up. This time was no exception! Jacomina’s place was a lush, tropical oasis where we worked, played and relaxed. The fruiting trees, pool side relaxation stations and beautifully outfitted residence made this one of my favorite stays. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Our hosts were helpful, kind, thoughtful and treated us like old friends. There were many little touches that surprised and delighted me! I appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility when we had a question about how to find the right restaurant or needed a few extra minutes to check out. I would definitely recommend treating yourself to this Miami Oasis!

Wonderful stay at this idyllic location - it's like you're living in your own secluded natural paradise. But then you walk a few minutes and you're in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging round the swimming pool and our visiting baby turtles in the lake! There are fantastic restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived and entered this little bit of tropical paradise, I knew it was the right fit for me. Rick was a friendly and helpful host. I felt very comfortable with him and his other friends. I definitely want to return for another stay.

We had an amazing time here! We had so many activities planned, but I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. Renata is an amazing host, she is on site and makes sure you’re comfortable during your stay. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed watching the peacocks and adored the peacock decor throughout the property. The price was very affordable for the area. Highly recommend a stay here! Thanks, Renata!

El departamento es pequeño pero con todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estadía. por precio y calidad no van a encontrar algo mejor en toda el área. Es tan cerca la playa que puedes ir caminando descalzo y en la noche salir a cenar a pocos metros. Denise es muy amable y simpática. Nosotros volveremos al año próximo.

Laura is an incredible host and the cottage was perfect! The property is just as cute as it looks in the pictures and is way more spacious than it appears! It was spotless and the details in the decor is absolutely whimsical! The backyard and bar area are the icing on the cake! Laura is a phenomenal host and was a complete god-send to us! Communication is honest and clear, she is friendly and accommodating, and she treated us like family! Most importantly to us, the property was pet friendly and our furry companions enjoyed the stay as much as we did! It is obvious that Laura pours her heart and soul into her property and being a great host!

The Cottage is a great spot to land. It was centrally located, private, and in a quiet neighborhood. I traveled with my two doodles and they loved the fenced front yard. I do want to give the hosts a shout out- they went above and beyond to help me retrieve two packages that I had shipped to The Cottage. They were delivered early, days prior to me checking in, and my host went out of his way (twice) to retrieve my packages from their secure storage and hand them over to me. Anyway, in short, it was a great stay. Highly recommend The Cottage, and the hosting team was lovely. Thanks for a great week!

we had a lovely time and everything was provided that we needed. there is a high rise under construction next door. there was no noise at all. the neighbors we met were very friendly. it was an easy walk to the restaurants. great stay.

Decided to pick this place for my graduation and it was perfect for my daughter and my nephew who had so much fun with the pool and the loft. It was a great size to make everyone feel comfortable and not on top of each other. The beach was close enough and great food all around. Quiet street as well. Would stay here again for sure !

Perfect apartment with just 2 walk minutes from the beach. The apartment was really clean and very comfortable. There were all what you need at home. The service team and Elaine were really friendly and supported us any time when we had questions. If you want to stay im Pampono beach, that‘s the right place to be. We really recommand the apartment.

This cozy little house is perfect for relaxing, surrounded by Florida's natural wildlife. You'll see squirrels visiting the wooden houses next door, a friendly orange cat that strolls by daily, various lizards, small iguanas, and birds including mockingbirds. It's ideal for nature lovers, though expect some mosquitoes at night (which is normal). For sleeping, the ceiling fan and window screens keep the bugs away effectively. Only minor con: the AC is a bit noisy. Publix, Dunkin' Donuts, and other stores are less than 5 minutes by car. The beach is a 30-minute walk or 15-minute drive. Pro tip: Before bed, open the kitchen door and run the ceiling fans on high for 15 minutes to let in fresh air. You'll get an amazing night's sleep!

Cottages by the Ocean exceeded all of our expectations. We rented the studio #6 and was very pleased with the size of the cottage. A king bed, two couches and kitchen table all had plenty of space in between to make this cottage comfortable. The bathroom toilet and sink area is a little tight but the shower was a nice size. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook if you choose to do that. The cottage also has a screened in porch which was wonderful to sit and have cocktails looking out onto the courtyard. Elaine was a wonderful host. We meet her at the beginning of the week and she suggested activities and restaurants. She also had a binder on tips that covered everything you would want to know about the Pompano Beach area. The cottage is well keep and very clean. As for the area Pompano Beach is a wonderful family oriented town. The cottage was 2 blocks from the beach and there was a beautiful brick walkway along the beach that we strolled along every day. There was plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our favorites were The Rusty Hook Tavern and Houston's. For ice cream you have the try Razzleberry's. Every flavor we tried was better than the last. We will definitely be back!
