We have stayed in over 30 Airbnb's and Vrbos, and this apartment is THE QUEEN of them all. It is more spectacular than even Adrien's description with 180-degree ocean and lighthouse views. The location is unbeatbale - many good restaurants within 1,000 yards and all of Biarritz right at your feet. The apartment is on the top floor; it is very spacious and totally equipped; entire place is immaculate; and it is quiet and very secure. Plus - - - Biarritz is a treasure trove of history, beauty, friendly people, and great food. The entire experience deserves a 100.00% rating. It is worth every Euro. We cannot wait to get back!

Very cozy, modern and consistent in every way with the photos. The location is an asset, with the proximity of the lake, shops and the beach. Perfect bedding. And the best part, a garage with a very steep slope (be careful). Too bad the cleaning is extra, but especially very expensive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very good stay in this large apartment with a view of the port! Quiet and well insulated residence. The two patios are really a plus to enjoy the view. You can go there without a second thought.

Duncan was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. He gave us so many great recommendations about the city—where to go, what to see—and was always available to answer any questions, responding very quickly. The apartment itself is in an amazing location, so cozy and charming. The balcony alone is worth the stay—it’s simply an incredible spot to relax and take in the atmosphere. The accommodation is very good, located on the large beach, a very quiet area. It has a balcony from which you can see the sunset. The sofa is convertible to a bed and has everything you need.

Great stay where everything is possible by bike without taking the car.

We stayed 6 nights in the apartment, felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Everything is as described, practical and friendly and simply a very nice place. The interactions with Agnès and Jean-Marie were very friendly and uncomplicated, thank you also for the cake to welcome us and the tips for the area. The location is great, the view from the terrace of the dunes is very nice, the beach behind the dune is also nice. We also did a lot of cycling, there are good bike paths. Conclusion: We will definitely be happy to come back.

Lovely appartment, spacious, well furnished, amazing shower. Host communicates well and demonstrated high flexibility, allowing me to check out later than planned. I would only advise to bring in with you ear-plugs, as the flat is on the ground floor and you will hear cars passing by. If you are looking to nap and sleep for longer time, it might be difficult if you are a light sleeper like me. This however does not diminishes the excellent experience of the flat and host

we spent 10 incredible days... relaxing quiet rest... beautiful walks for the dog and great location for fishing enthusiasts...... Patricia and her husband are very welcoming and give very good advice about the beaches, restaurants to discover in the area. The accommodation is simple and functional, adjoining the owners' accommodation but they are respectful and ensure privacy.

We had a great stay at Christophe and Estitxu's! The accommodation is functional, well-equipped and is very well located. The bedding is good quality and the balneo bathtub is a real plus. The private parking was also very popular. Thanks again for the welcome, we're already thinking about coming back 😊
