Per quest'anno 2025 non vi faremo pagare la tassa di soggiorno di 4.oo euro al giorno per ospite...

Great, cozy apartment with wonderful surroundings. Outdoor area very nicely laid out with its own terrace , sun loungers, umbrella everything is available. The large pool directly across the street is just perfect, and there is plenty of lying space there. However, a car is recommended to get to the lake as the bus rarely runs. There is a small supermarket within a 5-minute walk, and a delicious pizzeria that even offers "TakeAway" (; We were really able to enjoy our vacation in this apartment, it was all there to feel comfortable, kitchen etc. sufficiently equipped. Even a washing machine is available (: We will be happy to come back. (:

We stayed in this wonderful B&B and we can only recommend it to everyone! The property is beautiful, with attention to every detail and extraordinarily clean. The room is cozy and equipped with all possible amenities: WiFi, air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. Another note of merit goes to the host, who was simply fantastic: very kind, always available. He made us feel really welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable with his advice and warm hospitality.

It is a very nice quiet apartment a little remote from Lake Garda. The apartment is as in the pictures, but we found the bed to be a little too soft and the bed frame was a little loud when moving. In addition, there is a secluded communal pool and tennis courts. The apartment, common area and surroundings offer many opportunities for recreation. Giulia and Frederico are super accessible, very helpful and provide informative videos on check-in, the way to the pool and the underground parking. A note: the drive to Lake Garda takes a few minutes longer than the 5 minutes mentioned

The flat is really great. Exactly like the pictures. I’m always a little sceptical of pictures of the views and think “hmmm I’m sure they are taking the picture from a. Specific angle to make it like the view is nice”. But this time was totally not the case. The view is 100% open to the lake. No vis-vis or side block. You have full 180° view on the lake. Very quiet. Beautiful when you wake up! Fully equipped kitchen, squeaky clean bathroom. Also had a fresh coffee and a nice bottle of Prosecco int he fridge. Alice was super nice, pro active and super helpful. 100% recommend to anyone :)

Great place to stay with family. We had a rented car and used the private parking space so I don’t know about public transport in the area. Driving was easy to get to all the beautiful places around. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed. It could use some blackout curtains in the bedroom. Our stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed, the garden is lovely, and having a garage is such a game changer. The location is incredible, very quiet and amazing views. We would love to stay here again!
