Beautiful place! Luxury cover, beautiful view, decoration of the first apartment, highlight the bed linen that was impeccable and in all bathrooms with liquid soap,shampoo and quality conditioner. A balcony with barbecue with a hard to describe view of so beautiful is a wine cellar full of high quality wines. Another special point was the receptivity of Hostã Yasmim and her husband who was excellent where he presented the whole apartment to us. Certainly when I return to Guarapari I will be there again

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

Excellent accommodation, exceeded expectations. Great barbecue area, ocean view, full kitchen. Andre always answered our questions quickly. Very well located, we didn't even take the car out of the garage. I definitely recommend it.

I loved the place , the boys were very caring and kind. Seafront apartment,with all items available. Surely in the near future I intend to return.

Jussara is an excellent hostess, super helpful and a great education. The apartment is excellent, with plenty of space, well ventilated, appliances and electronics available, all very clean, organized and the main one is very well located, close to everything. Super recommend, I'll be back with my family for sure.

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

The house is beautiful, clean bedding, everything clean and fragrant, it had everything in the house that we needed for a stay without complications, the highlight is the pool area, we had a barbecue and enjoyed the pool, which was very well maintained, the water was super clean, we didn't get hot, because it has air-conditioning in every room in the house! Paulo answered our questions very quickly! We'll be back for sure! Thank you

Wonderful person, the perfect house, a quiet place with quick access to other states, a thousand stars for her and her husband. We had no problems with anything and she always asked if we needed anything. We loved everything, everything was perfect.

It is well worth the accommodation. It is extremely close to the beach, just a corner away from the beach of the hill, very well located. The extra good market is practically next door, not to mention the markets and restaurants. The apartment was impeccable with clean and overcomes the photos of the ad. We went in a group of 8 people and a baby and it was all very quiet and tasty. We stayed for 9 days.
