Great place, clean and organized, in a very quiet area in the south of Piúma, no traffic, facing the beach. The tranquil condominium, the adult pool was clean, grass, parking space (discovery) near the apartment (the garage gate was only working in manual mode and did not lock, but this was not a problem). Ideal for families with children. Responsive and cordial host. Recommend!

as it was just me and my wife. The house got big for us. but it fits off 3 quiet couples. sea view. if is sedentary care. fourth floor. but rises quietly.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, Gustavo was very helpful and always responded immediately to my messages, we were greeted by Selma and Marcos (Gustavo's parents) who were extremely polite, super high-spirited, helpful, and concerned with everything for our comfort. I can only thank them. And we can go without fear, the house is wonderful, everything is clean and very comfortable. (Selma gave us tips on the best beach to take the kids, we love it.

Super cozy apartment, the balcony is very nice to stay and admire the scenery, very close to the beach, we felt at home.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

The apartment is spacious, well-ventilated, cool, well-lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It is very close to two beaches, so we sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left something to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach the rooms well. Oh, and I missed a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth visiting!!

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. Excellent Hosting! Privileged location, new and safe building. Perfectly functioning elevator, good garage space. The all-modern apartment with excellent complete and impeccable new furniture and crockery, especially for those who love table set! Large well ventilated room and cozy rooms, excellent bathrooms. Vitors apartament is beautiful and spacious with 4 bedrooms and a generous outdoor area. The highlight is the location, views and proximity to the beach. Communication was excellent and made our stay even more pleasant. I would certainly recommend.
