Holiday rentals with a pool in Piúma

Barbara was very kind and helpful; in addition to the house being very cozy, it was well organized, everything right. I don't have what to complain about. It's just a little " away" from the beach and from the center to go on, but this was already known, because she's already told us all the details. Finally, we don't have to complain! we will come back for sure!!

Simply perfect! The house exceeded all expectations. The BBQ area is excellent, spacious and well-equipped, ideal for bringing together family and friends. The whole area was clean, from the rooms to the outside. The location is also a great differential – close to the beach and local trades, which made it much easier to stay. We were very welcome by Telma who takes care of the cleaning, Bruna always attentive and helpful, always present via telephone for any questions. We will definitely return and recommend to those looking for comfort, tranquility and good times in Iriri!

Very good house, near the beach, we went and returned several times on foot. Communication very good, whenever we need we have been served. We will be back soon.

The accommodation met the needs. It is in front of the beach, a beach with quiet waters and ideal for children or those who have a bit of fear, and it is in a condominium with several apartments that has access to the pool. In general, it has the basic necessities in the kitchen. It also has portable fans. One detail I had not seen and that it is worth paying attention if you are with someone older is that the place has stairs. The rooms are separated into 3 floors: a bedroom in front of the garage on the ground floor, living room and kitchen on the 1st floor and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one with balcony). In addition, all floors have a bathroom.

It was our first trip to Espirito Santo and to have chosen the Sítio Agrodim, left the perfect experience 💖 Estefania was a love assisting us in all our doubts and Mr. Edivaldo totally helpful and cute when receiving us 🥰 Aucides, Safia and Hooks loved the lull of the place and the fun in the pool, the nearby beach is an extra decoy, but the laziness is a lot....until Ifood we ordered *hehehe* 🤭 The Sítio is highly located (I believe that walking things were close, but I do not walk😎), the piece of access with battered earth is short and very well taken care of and even with rain, we did not have any problems with locomotion. The ambience is what is in the photos, and the landscape....it is wonderful to 🙀 contemplate the calm of the swimming pool or balcony, it was stunning 😻 The kitchen is quite complete, but very simple...if you are a gourmet person it is better to confirm if there is what you need, as well as other objects that it is good to see before with Estefania if you have it in the house 😸

We love hosting! The apartment is comfortable, very functional and is in a wonderful condominium. Marisa was super gentle, relaxed check-in and checkout, and communicated with us promptly. We will certainly return at other times.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches.
