The space of Mathias is excellent, even better than the pictures show! This combined with his hospitality made our stay impeccable, as from the first contact he was very helpful and attentive. The checkin was very quiet and the host was kind enough to welcome us later than usual, giving tips on what to do and explaining about the listing. The apartment was very clean, tidy, new and well equipped. The shower is excellent and the bed very comfortable, impeccable bedding and a super-smelling blanket. The internet is great, we work without problems. To see that he paid much attention to every detail, as it has the necessary to make the meals and to have comfort. The location is very good, the waterfront is close and it is great for a walk. The mermaid beach next to the building is very good, clean and quiet. Pertinho has very good bakeries and restaurants that are worth the visit. Finally, the building is quiet and we feel very safe in the area.

I am from Bahia and it was my fourth time in ES. I have no words to express my satisfaction with this apartment! The place is perfect and very complete. Felipe is super attentive and kind. He sent a message several times to see if we needed anything. I felt at home, and this only happens when the place is really pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen, even cleaning supplies were available. Clean and fragrant bed linen and towels, comfortable bed and the upgrade was the Premiere and SporTV channels, for us to watch the games. I am immensely grateful to Felipe and I hope to return soon and stay again in this cozy place.

we had a great stay! The apartment is small, but super comfortable. The rooms are a great size. The building's entrance is also very good! The only thing that bothered us a little was the strong smell that was in the apartment whenever we arrived, we don't know if it's always like that or if it was due to some maintenance. And also the G1 garage had a strong and very hot smell. We cooked every day in the apartment, and it had the basic and necessary utensils. the beds were very comfortable! The pool area has a breathtaking view. oh and we could also go shopping on foot. Great locale. We felt at home!

Cynthia was helpful at all times, recommended places to visit, made our check-in more flexible and we were able to negotiate the check-out to leave later. The house comfortably accommodated 7 people, it is possible to walk to the market and also to Itaparica beach. In addition, the tourist spots of Vila Velha, such as the lighthouse and the convent, are easily accessible by Uber. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for your stay, the bed linen and towels are good and the living room is very spacious. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. We love our stay here! The location is wonderful, close to the market, restaurants, and there is a pharmacy right below the building. The reception of the building is great, all the staff treated us super well! The apartment is amazing, it's wonderful! You don't want to leave, it has all the utensils you need, even an iron. Gutierrez was also very helpful and flexible regarding the check-in and check-out times. It was the best Airbnb I've ever had, you can go without fear!
