Shubin was such a great host. The place is great - clean, spacious, and the deck is really nice. TV and Soundbar speaker were great to have. Great proximity to beach and also to El Yunque for hiking. Good food spots in the area as well

What a gem! Everything is brand new and modern. Plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. This unit has great amenities and amazing views of the ocean and islands. The moon shimmers off the ocean, and the buildings on the hill behind the property look like Encanto all lit up at night, which my daughter loved. The property has 3 great pools. It's close to Loquillo's beautiful beach and the Yunque rainforest. Jesus is a great host who thinks of everything. He's always available and ready to make your stay amazing.

Nice location and views. Enjoyed the cool AC, kitchen amenities, laundry and pool. Close to Puerto Del Rey Marina. We’d stay again!

Excellent location, cleanliness, everything according to photos, and excellent communication

Beatrice’s place is exactly as described and as depicted in the photos. The rental is very close to the pool and beach which we loved. The pools/beaches closest to the unit were also much less crowded compared to the pools closer to the main hotel which we appreciated. It is also within walking distance of the main hotel and several hotel bars/restaurants. We loved having the kitchen in our unit to cook a few of our meals, and there are a couple grocery stores within about 10 minutes of the resort that made it easy to get groceries. Overall we had a wonderful trip and I would definitely recommend this rental!!

Victoria’s place was nice , The rooms were all clean . The kitchen was fully equipped.Roof patio with a beautiful view unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoyed. Highly recommend to rent a car .

Jenny’s place was absolutely beautiful. The terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy the view. We had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive of our needs and the location was perfect for our adventures. We will definitely recommend their place.

I was so happy to find a place right on the beach. Beach is quiet which is always a plus for me. Natalia was very helpful in sending me suggestions of places to go and the best restaurants. Her home is clean and beautiful! Exactly what we needed. We cant wait to return!

Amy was very responsive, respectful and accommodating. The place is very quiet, cozy, perfect for a retreat away from everything and recharge energies. The location is great, closed to everything we wanted to see and do. The visit was perfect. We will reserve it again in the future!

I couldn’t have picked a better air bnb. She had things around the house that I normally would have had to rush to Walmart to get. The kids toys, pool stuff, beach chairs, drinks etc were a life saver. She had it well stocked there. It was way bigger in person and very spacious. There were so many clever things around like Alexa etc. We had a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. The balcony was amazing. The pools were a hit. Seven seas beach was 6 min away and Luquillo was our favorite. Will definitely stay again. We scored when we found this place!

We had a great time! We will definitely be back. Super safe and clean location and easy access to marina and ferry where a lot of the tours leave from. Can’t wait to be back!!

The unit was clean and comfortable for our party of six. There are three flights to climb to get to unit. Good exercise but could be challenging for someone with mobility problems. Felt very safe. Very close to ferry and a short drive to groceries and food. I recommend picking up groceries on the way there. We enjoyed our stay. AC worked great. There were beach towels, chairs and umbrella. And a couple of water toys. The coffee maker is an expresso machine. No filters need. There was coffee and sugar. Overall we had a great time and felt comfortable and safe. The host responded quickly and efficiently to our questions and requests. Thank you would definitely consider staying here again.

Nataly was very friendly and responsive. Place had brand new couch in which we loved. Big beds and very comfortable. Place came with everything we needed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Check in and check out was easy. Tv was nice and big with things programmed in. Location was a little hard to find for Uber but other than that, everything was great!! My mother, son, and I had a great time here. The yard was beautiful and the house was even better than the posted photos. The community pool is huge and there was even an arcade machine. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in when wanted. We felt safe in the gated community and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

It was an amazing stay, my family and I enjoyed it. Nelson was a very great host, would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I would also be going back for another stay. My mission for my husband to reunite him with his dad was a successful mission all thanks to Nelson.

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. The place was great just as described. Be ready to walk up some stairs because its on the 4th floor. It was very clean and fully equipped. My family and I loved using the beach equipment so we didnt have to rent anything. It was great! PJ is one of the host and he is a SPECTACULAR host! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. I definitely recommend using this space for your visit to PR.

House and service was amazing all around anytime we had a slight issue Alan and Roy were beyond helpful they are amazing hosts and keep the house in wonderful shape I would recommend this place to anyone and I will probably come back myself.
