The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment). The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom. Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is AVAILABLE.

The balcony offers a stunning ocean view, featuring a hammock for relaxation. Large sliding doors bring in natural light, and the space is adorned with tropical plants. A cozy seating area invites moments of leisure, all set against the backdrop of vibrant blue waters.
