Silvia's San Croce Terrace was a pleasure. It is easily accessed by bus from Santa Maria Novella station and a short walk to the major attractions and restaurants. We found the apartment to be very clean and well accessorized. Silvia even provided breakfast items such as yogurt, milk, juice and bread for toast. And then to be able to sit on the terrace at the beginning or end of the day was very nice. We highly recommend Silvia's San Croce Terrace.

Very suitable for our group of 5 , each room with a bathroom . Breakfast included was great. Fridge always stocked with water/beer/ fruit etc. Tea/coffee always available, Nice clean kitchen.

This is the second time we visit Sabrina's lovely place. Sabrina and the family are always sweet, welcoming and very friendly. The place is so clean and tidy and you feel at home. The pool area is also really nice. If you need peace and quiet and the most beautiful view, then this is the place.

Very much enjoyed our stay with Antonio. He got us an upgrade to an even nicer room, which was super clean, spacy and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the recommendations for local sights upon arrival! Highly recommend!

What a special and exclusive place to stay... Villa in Carmignano is 16-th century house with history all around it. Very authentic place. Isabella is very nice host. We did enjoy the place and our dinner on terrace with unbelievable views. Parking is free. It is not very far from Florence. We would stay again!

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded promptly to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

Very charming and beautiful place. The apartment has great space and it is quite unique. It is also close to many landmarks. It is in an area where it is very walkable and great stores, restaurants, and museums. Lastly, the host is quite responsive and very flexible. The only consideration is the steep steps to get to the apartment. But other than that, the apartment is great.

The property is remote & far from everything on foot. You must have a vehicle. However, the view and the interior of the walls are worth the trip! It's beautiful. The room was superb, the only downside is that you had to go out at night in a corridor for the toilet. There are two beautiful large living rooms, a fireplace, a library, and a kitchen with a shared refrigerator. A beautifully decorated courtyard. I didn't like my arrival, only after 3:00 p.m. because the reception is closed and there is no one. We wanted to enjoy the view and the pool (not possible). The next day at 10 a.m. we should have already left, they repeated it 3 times, we understood the 1st time! It's early, so you have time to take a shower and have lunch. We were very unhappy! The pool, although eco-friendly, is more like a pond where swimming with frogs is possible. Be careful after 6:30 p.m. if you have a problem, no one answers! (Towels for rent at 5 euros.)

We cannot recommend this property highly enough! From the beautiful setting, to the amazing hosts (who have the best local knowledge), this experience was amazing. We highly recommend a dip in the pool or enjoy a good book in the serenity. We already can’t wait to come back

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

I could not recommend Il Segreto more. We had a perfect stay—the room, the view, the food. Every detail is perfection and so thoughtful. The hospitality is incredible. The breakfast and dinner were the best of our entire trip. I’m so grateful I found this gem. Don’t hesitate and stay here. We will we back!!

Quite possibly the best hotel we have stayed in, in the world. On arrival, spacious , secure parking and the staff were the most kind and helpful people we have ever met. A tour of the entire estate and vineyards before being shown to our BEAUTIFUL room was so good. The room was immaculate, and better than expected. So private and quiet, with a great view. Lots of chairs and tables dotted around for you to sit and relax with amazing views. We then did a wine tasting that evening with Carla, which was so intimate and thoughtful. We had dinner every night at their restaurant, Da Pode, which is some of the very best food I think we have eaten in our lives! It was also phenomenal value for money. Breakfast is in the same restaurant, of which there is lots of variety, and all fresh and very nice. Free shuttle into San Gimignano is great, and the swimming pool is so welcome after a long day in the heat! We will be back here, every year if possible! The best of Tuscany!

The apartment had an amazing location because it was 2 minutes walk from the tower of Pisa. The Airbnb felt homely and comfortable. We slept really well each night. There was a stunning view over the mountains from the balcony, that I spend half an hour each morning enjoying. I really enjoyed spending time with the 2 dogs (Schnauzers) that live with Cristina, who are very friendly. I hope I can stay again next time I visit Pisa!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights while visiting Tuscany. Our stay was amazing. Daniele and Maria are amazing hosts. The room was clean, breakfast was served every morning, and the wine they produce is great. The views from the accommodation are magical, and the location is perfect for visiting nearby cities. We combined work and sightseeing, and the wifi was good enough to work from here.

I had a very nice room in a place with indescribable views. However, you should know that the place is very remote. Ruth and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. It feels very nice.

The host is very friendly and the quality of the accommodation is very good. However, it is a location that can only be reached by vehicle. The swimming pool facilities of the accommodation are nice, and the yard and scenery are all nice. There is a place nearby where you can eat breakfast or shop, and it takes about 5 minutes by car. It's a nice place that feels really local. I also requested dinner and it was really great. I would like to stay again if I get a chance. The bedding was also very neat and comfortable.

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

An absolutely stunning spot in the Tuscan hills. The house is beautiful, filled with lovely communal and private spaces. We loved the honesty box feature with great cocktails and lovely wines to choose from. The room was gorgeous, great comfortable bed with good sheets. Lovely clean bathroom with views over the vineyards. The spot was well located to major towns and we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant close by that was recommended by Gabriele. A truly magical spot and our hosts were super friendly and accomodating.

Our stay at the B&B Sottomonte was simply fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Adam, the host - you immediately feel at home. Adam was not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely helpful: he gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights in the area that made our vacation really special. The house itself is beautifully located - in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast - fresh, regional and prepared with love. Sottomonte is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the real Tuscan way of life. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back. Thank you, Adam, for this unforgettable time!

Rosa was very friendly and she did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was very nice, even better than our expectations, and the breakfast was very good and fulfilling. I definitely recommend booking here.

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

What an incredible stay we had in Chris’s lovely apartment! As other reviews have said, the photos truly don't do the view justice—it’s absolutely breathtaking. We had to keep pinching ourselves to believe what we were seeing! Chris was very helpful and accommodating, especially regarding his two rescue dogs, who—for whatever reason—didn't get on well with my husband and son. Chris was extremely understanding and kindly kept the dogs inside whenever we were outside or by the pool, which we really appreciated. Both bedrooms and the living space are very comfortable. Note that the second bedroom’s bathroom is only accessible from outside, but it’s beautifully done with a gorgeous waterfall shower, and it didn’t feel like an outdoor bathroom at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—Chris’s property made for a truly memorable holiday.

Lavinia's solution is perfect for short (but not too short!) stops. The garden is fantastic, the common areas are welcoming. Lavinia and her mother are polite and caring people, but not intrusive at all. The room is perfect for resting and photos correspond exactly to reality. Thank you! PS the breakfast was… delicious!
