Holiday rentals with a pool in Pirin Mountains

Gergana was very freindly and communicated very good, the place is so lovely and peaceful. Absolutely would recommend.

Overall, everything was wonderful—very warm, quite clean, with all the necessary dishes and appliances, as well as clean towels and bed linen. The only thing that was a bit surprising was that in the “House with a Fireplace,” the fireplace is available for an additional fee (as is the barbecue). Moreover, the fireplace smoked heavily, and by morning everything—from the dishes to the plumbing—was covered in black soot. I recommend asking for instructions on how to light it properly🙂

The host is very friendly.The house is a private new house.There is a large courtyard, lots of apple trees, and you can also try them for free.It's just that the location is a little secluded, but people who like quiet should like it.The only downside is the design of the stairs.You need to be especially careful when you go downstairs.

Amazing place, house and host!

We were 4 people and stayed for one night. It is located close to a lake with gorgeous views. It’s very off the beaten path and is a wonderful place to relax. Our host gave us many tips for the area, provided us with fishing rods for the lake and was incredibly hospitable. The apartment itself is very rudimentary. It’s nothing luxurious, but it’s appropriate for the price. If you want a simple, yet scenic, place to stay, I recommend it.

Our group used this as a resting place in a longer trip and it served its purpose really well. Everything was clean, we used the pool to relax and when it was time to get to sleep, the house itself was really silent! Great property, but the location doesn't offer much. The stores are awful, there are a couple of restaurants but majority of people don't speak English. Other than that, a great find to take rest!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aleksandar’s villa. The place is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. Great swimming pool and well-kept garden with plenty of entertainment for kids, dogs and adults. Aleksandar and his father were very helpful and responsive. Strongly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay. Martina was very helpful offering advice and answering all my questions very quickly. The house is beautifully situated over looking the lake. It’s a few minutes walk from several restaurants & 2 supermarkets. It’s a 15 min taxi journey from the town of Bansko. The house has a lovely large lounge / dining room looking out at the lake. A well stocked kitchen including dishwasher & coffee machine. The master bedroom has small balcony and en-suite bathroom There are 2 further bedrooms - a double and a twin room both sharing a bathroom. Martina was excellent host and went above and beyond to help us out when our bags were delayed. Would def recommend.

Anna's place was my home for 3 weeks this summer and it was a great stay! The split floor plan gives a nice sense of privacy and space. The bed was super comfortable - I slept great every night. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook simple meals. The shower pressure was strong and consistent hot water made mornings easy. The location was so convenient - we were able to walk everywhere we needed. There's a supermarket on the corner and a coworking space just 5 minutes away. A couple things to note: the stairs are quite narrow and steep, so take care going up and down. The place was very quiet while I was there, so it's perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay. Anna was a wonderful host - she responded to any questions we had quickly and her team was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend Anna's place if you're looking for a homey spot in a great location!

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

Great apartment in a quite location with fantastic views of the mountains. Stamatis is a great host, very responsive and helpful.

This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

We had a great stay. The appartement is cozy, exactly as described and shown on the photos. It is perfectly located next to the spa reception. Tanya was a great host.

Good value for money, great location, warm room and good hot water. Nice to have a parking space too. Good communication, it was everything we expected.

Communication with the host was great at the start and then was put in contact with the management company who was also very responsive and proactive. I had one fault with the facilities in the apartment and between the management company and host they provided alternative solutions and resolved the issue. Location is great as you can cross the road and be on the ski road down to the gondola. I booked my ski rental and pass separately however I am now aware there is a rental shop right next door to the apartment and they can arrange this with discount. It was our first family ski holiday and we are considering Bansko again for next time and if we go again we would definitely stay at the apartment again.
