Apartment holiday rentals in Pirin Mountains

A fantastic spot with everything you need! It's close enough to reach all the action but far enough away to enjoy peaceful nights. The gondola is an easy downhill walk, and if you cut across the ski road to The Hub just before the gondola, you can avoid the uphill walk back.

Our stay was amazing and the place was beautiful. It was really clean and cozy.

This place offers the possibility to have a day packed of activities and a quiet restful night - it is 10 min away from anything one might need - the town centre, shops, restaurants, etc. and yet far away from the hustle and bustle in the centre. Frequently I found myself getting lost in the mountain view as I was working on the dining table during the day. This made my stay.

Very accommodating and nice hosts! Emo offered to pick me up from the bus station when I've arrived. I've arrived during august, so it was hot but I didn't notice there wasn't an AC installed so I asked for a fan and I got it immediately. The stay included 2 cleanings to freshen up the place, BILLA ,the supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the apartment is about 20 minutes from the center which was very convenient as well and a magnificent view from the balcony. Highly recommend!

The condo has everything you'd need and it's very clean and ordered. As I cook all my meals, the kitchen had everything for that too. Including BBQ grill.

Valerie is an excellent host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Spacious for 4 adults with room for children. The location is an easy walk to both the Gondola and the town. Great spot. Will definitely go back.

Dessy has a very nice apartment. The location is great and quiet, there is also a bakery just around the corner. The bed and sofa are comfortable. The entire apartment is well equipped. Dessy helped me out whenever I had a question. There was nothing I was missing from the apartment. I had a great stay!

Clean, comfortable studio about as close to the gondola as it’s possible to get - and opposite Tsakaris; the best ski shop in bansko. Host was super responsive and helpful, and I really appreciated the flexibility. Bed was comfortable and WiFi was good (no issues with video calls). Thank you!

Very quiet and pleasant place with the astonishing view to the mountains. Close to the gondola and everything. Elena is a very nice and friendly host, she was very responsive and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would come back to Elena’s place again.

We were very happy with Kal's place. It was weep kept and roomy, and had everything we needed for our stay, including extra towels, pillows and blankets. The apartment was heated when we arrived, which was really nice after a long day of traveling! He also left us cold drinks in the fridge, which wax an unexpected but much appreciated perk! Throughout our stay, Kal checked in to make sure everything was ok, and his response time when i had a question was really quick! Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Angel’s apartment. Very cozy and beautiful place with nice backyard. A lot of space for clothes and kids had place to play. Angel was very helpful and hospitable.

The view from the apartment was one of the most amazing things I’ve seen. Waking up to the snowy mountains, beaming sun, clean air and zero noise was dreamy. I would return to the apartment purely for the view. Everything was as described, very comfortable bed, hot/powerful shower, lovely balcony and cosy fire! The instructions were very clear, making it very easy to find after a long day of travelling. Check in and out was extremely stress-free. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk (if you take the little short cut) to town, which was perfect for us. Far away enough from the noisey town, but close enough for us to walk there and back every morning and evening with no trouble. The walk takes you past a lovely horse in a field that we would stop and give apples to & the hotel next door has a really amazing spa which we used on our last evening for a relatively small fee. Can’t wait to return and next time with our children next time, now we know the area. Thank you so much!

Fantastic apartment with extremely comfortable beds, really easy access to the slopes just a short walk away. Pool and spa facilities where amazing. Our host Slaveia was also amazing, great communication. We left an expensive pair of headphones in the room and she went above and beyond to get them back to us in the uk. Anna's place was my home for 3 weeks this summer and it was a great stay! The split floor plan gives a nice sense of privacy and space. The bed was super comfortable - I slept great every night. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook simple meals. The shower pressure was strong and consistent hot water made mornings easy. The location was so convenient - we were able to walk everywhere we needed. There's a supermarket on the corner and a coworking space just 5 minutes away. A couple things to note: the stairs are quite narrow and steep, so take care going up and down. The place was very quiet while I was there, so it's perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay. Anna was a wonderful host - she responded to any questions we had quickly and her team was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend Anna's place if you're looking for a homey spot in a great location!

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

We had a great stay. The appartement is cozy, exactly as described and shown on the photos. It is perfectly located next to the spa reception. Tanya was a great host.

We stayed as a family of four for a ski holiday and the apartment was in a perfect location to be able to walk to a gondola and to access all the local amenities including restaurants and supermarkets. Anna was really quick at responding when I did have a question. The apartment is really comfortable and offers everything you need for a lovely holiday including beautiful Mountain views. Will certainly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Good value for money, great location, warm room and good hot water. Nice to have a parking space too. Good communication, it was everything we expected.

Communication with the host was great at the start and then was put in contact with the management company who was also very responsive and proactive. I had one fault with the facilities in the apartment and between the management company and host they provided alternative solutions and resolved the issue. Location is great as you can cross the road and be on the ski road down to the gondola. I booked my ski rental and pass separately however I am now aware there is a rental shop right next door to the apartment and they can arrange this with discount. It was our first family ski holiday and we are considering Bansko again for next time and if we go again we would definitely stay at the apartment again.
