Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pirin Mountains

Awesome hospitality from everyone! Cvetan Helped us with transport and rooms were great. Definitely recommending this place.

Overall, everything was wonderful—very warm, quite clean, with all the necessary dishes and appliances, as well as clean towels and bed linen. The only thing that was a bit surprising was that in the “House with a Fireplace,” the fireplace is available for an additional fee (as is the barbecue). Moreover, the fireplace smoked heavily, and by morning everything—from the dishes to the plumbing—was covered in black soot. I recommend asking for instructions on how to light it properly🙂

Honest review time: The house is great. Big, spacious, and once the central heat & fireplace are running the whole house is warm enough. Outside was -10 inside was warm enough to be with just a tshirt. But because the boiler run out of wood pellets it switched off during the night and the whole house was literally frozen. Luckily this happened at the very last day we were leaving. Just make sure you contact them to fix it. It can easily host 8 people with its 4 rooms and 4v double beds. Huge living room and more than enough area to dine 10 people. The place has a sauna which works just fine. There also is a dish washing machine, laundy and drying clothes machine There is no wifi and even though there is 4G coverage in the area, its only working at the upper floor. You're lucky to get 2G or 3G in some corners of the living room. There is TV with satelite in all the rooms. Would easily suggest any one to spend a weekend at this house.

I had an extraordinary vacation! The location is super central, looking much better than in the photos! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the decor is very nice. The kitchen and dining area were fantastic for our group, we had a lovely time. The house is extremely central, near restaurants, the pedestrian area, and many shops. It's within walking distance to the gondola, and we could park our cars safely in the yard! Verka and her family are wonderful hosts, they helped and guided us to feel as comfortable as possible. We recommend this location to everyone and will definitely come back with great joy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We ended up changing our plans at the last minute, due to outside circumsstances, yet Yurdana was extremely flexible, honest and fair.

I had a wonderful short stay! The house and room is very traditional and simple but welcoming. The hosting family is lovely and kind, and they made me a delicious breakfast! Love the dogs too! The village is very picturesque and quiet. :)

I've stayed at this studio for a month in the summertime and it really felt like home. The studio's space is well organized, so the kitchen and bed have separate spaces and it feels more like one bedroom apartment. The balcony is huge, with one of the beautiful mountain views in Bansko. The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay. The washing machine's absence wasn't a problem, because there's a laundry service nearby with very friendly staff. The location is amazing in many ways: - 2 coworking spaces for digital nomads are very close - great restaurants, swimming pools and supermarkets around - close to hiking routes - 10 min and you're in the mountain forest - mountain bikes and ATV rentals and more One important thing to know about the apartment is the internet connection - wifi isn't stable and can be absent for some time because it's connected to the building router of Bansko Royal Towers, it has no its own separate line. And this area in Bansko has no optic cables yet that can provide fast internet. I work online, had working calls, and solved it easily with mobile internet that had really good speed and connection. The other option was coworking spaces in Bansko and lovely cafes around. Ekaterina is a very welcoming host. She provided all necessary information for self-checkin and my stay. She responded fast to my questions and shared useful information about Bansko. One of the best places I've stayed for a long-term while traveling.

Calm and quiet place with gracious hosts.

we had 2 week stay at Olya's apartment and had great time. we enjoyed Bansko and exploring the mountains and the town. we also really enjoyed the apartment. it is modern, very clean, comfortable and we were wonderfully looked after by Olya. and, we loved the pool and the sauna...

The place met my requirements exactly: quiet but not far from the city center. The host , Filka, was available for any question. The local staff help me with every question. A room suitable for my requirements: fully equipped and clean. I definitely enjoyed this trip.

We had a great stay! the apartment is better than the photos!! everything was new inside with very nice desing..The host very friendly and helpful, showed us everything about the apartment and offered us a very rich breakfast! Nice ski apartment. Warm and clean. Supermarket with great prices just down the street- no need to go to supermarket Grosh, which is actually more expensive. I recommend Richard’s place.

Coliving / Coworking environment was great. Super friendly and welcoming hosts and staff. Great for remote working either in room or shared spaces. Super fast internet available all over. Lots of local activities and events taking place and I was encouraged to take part. I would definitely come back and stay again and hope to spend more hang out time next time with the folks staying there. Good luck Emil & team wishing you successful and fun 2025 !
