Homely studio in Bansko, free swimming pool & Gym!

Our place is ideal for a short and long term stay. Renovated a year ago, it is in a very quiet and peaceful area yet minutes walking to the center of Bansko and the ski lift. It is fully equipped with everything you need - washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, Smart TV, new air conditioning. Our guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool and Gym free of charge. Steam room and sauna for an additional fee. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony looking at the stunning views over the mountains.

It is located a 10 min walk from the center of Bansko and about 1 km from the start station of the ski liftThe studio has a spectacular view of Pirin and Rila. Guests have free use of a pool with mineral water , a sauna, a gym, a ski locker, free parking and a children's corner. Located in the village of Banya, in the valley between Rila, Pirin and Rhodopi mountains , only 7 min driving from Bansko ski lifts. Public parking available right in front of the villa for free.

My apartment is a cozy studio in Aspen Golf Resort located in the serene area between the mountains of Pirin, Rila and Rodopi. There is free access to Spa, Gym, outdoor and indoor pools. The area is perfect for trekking, cycling or indulging in nature. The Ski Cabin of Bansko is at short 15 min drive, there are shuttles to the lift during the official ski season for 10lv per person per day. For the Golf lovers, Pirin Golf is 2 mins drive/10 mins walk away and is operating all year around.

The distance to Gondola Ski Lift is approx. 350m. The flat is on the 3rd floor, entrance F, of the main building of Belvedere Holiday Club complex. Convenient for those who would like to use the complex SPA, located at the same building (additional pay to complex reception).
