Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Pirin Mountains

Great stay overall, apartment is nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Everything is within 10min walk from the apartment. There is a SPA in the building but it's paid extra(25 euros). Also, not exactly ski in/ski out, there is 7min walk down the street to gondola. Nitpick, lighting in the apartment could be better.

Clean and comfortable accommodation only a short walk from the main shops and gondola. Host responded quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend.

Great place with lots of space, 2 bathrooms and great location. Pam contacted me before arrival with instructions of how to get keys and address.

We had a lovely stay at Yavor's place. Yavor is a great host, always helpful and responsive. He prepared a little gift for us. Very appreciated. Car can be parked inside the premise for a fee, or just outside for free. The room is very spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is great, felt right at home. All in all, highly recommended to everyone. Will stay there again if we come back for another holiday.

Andrea made us feel welcome and looked after. The apartment was exactly as described. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. We would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely time Bansko, Alison was a great host, always giving weather updates before arrival etc. Apartment was really spacious and spotlessly clean with lots of clean towels and linen etc. It is located slightly out of the town centre but only a five minute walk, which was perfect as it was lovely and peaceful. Will definitely book here the next time we come to Bansko.

Прекарахме си чудесно! Страхотно местоположение- не е в оживената част на Банско , което го прави доста тихо, но в същото време на пешеходно разстояние от центъра на града. Беше много чисто и добре оборудвано. Преди всичко домакинът беше страшно мил и комуникацията беше отлична. Жестът, с който ни посрещнаха беше много приятен и със сигурност ни зарадва, а именно бутилка вино придружено от много мило послание. Чувствахме се като у дома си и със сигурност бихме се върнали отново!

Dimitar's place is perfect for a stay in Bansko. Close to the gondola and has everything you could possibly need.

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

The apartment is bigger and nicer then the photos! Bed was comfortable and big king size. Bathroom was newly renovated. Apartment heating system was excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped. Location was 5 min or less walking distance from the gondola. Ski shops were underneath the apartment. Parking was easy. And balcony was perfect addition. Miglena is wonderful and very attentive host. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back.

The heating and ample hot water ensured a comfortable stay, and the spacious balcony provided a convenient spot to store ski equipment while offering a beautiful view of a nearby field. Traveling with my wife and child, we especially appreciated Kati’s valuable local insights. She recommended fantastic restaurants and bars, provided a trustworthy lawyer contact for some personal matters, and even directed us to a reliable ski equipment rental service. Overall, Kati’s attention to detail and genuine care made our stay both enjoyable and stress-free, and I highly recommend her listing to other guests.

Overall, everything was wonderful—very warm, quite clean, with all the necessary dishes and appliances, as well as clean towels and bed linen. The only thing that was a bit surprising was that in the “House with a Fireplace,” the fireplace is available for an additional fee (as is the barbecue). Moreover, the fireplace smoked heavily, and by morning everything—from the dishes to the plumbing—was covered in black soot. I recommend asking for instructions on how to light it properly🙂
