Holiday rentals with beach access in Piombino

Unsere Unterkunft in Calambrone bei Christine war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten das große Glück, diese schöne Wohnung für fünf Nächte gefunden zu haben. Christine war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Sie hat extra auf uns gewartet und uns bei der Ankunft alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Die Lage der Wohnung – und des Ortes insgesamt – ist zentral. Man erreicht alles schnell. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht, und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten – wirklich ideal! Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher über Airbnb gebucht haben. Auch der Abschied war herzlich – Christine hat uns persönlich verabschiedet. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wieder einmal bei Christine wohnen zu dürfen. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank, Christine! Wir wünschen dir alles erdenklich Gute.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Bien situé, à 5 minutes de la plage. Petite épicerie juste à côté. Près des restos. C'était parfait.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Maria is a great and very friendly host. At the check-in Maria showed us the apartment and came with local recommendations. We came by car and it was not a problem for us to find parking. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities. Thank you Maria for making us feel like home, we would definitely stay there again.

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war hervorragend: Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, genau wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war insgesamt gut. In der Umgebung gibt alles, was man für einen wundervollen Urlaub benötigt: Zum Strand muss man nur eine Straße überqueren, in der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine sehr schöne Mole zum Flanieren. Auch gibt es im Umland sehr vieles Interessantes zu besichtigen, wenn man eher auf ruhiges und entspanntes Ambiente großen Wert legt. Der Lage innerhalb eines Komplexes aus höhere Wohngebäuden geschuldet, ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel und durch die Bahngleise direkt daneben laut - wegen der Schallverstärkung. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Myself and my husband had an amazing stay at Emiliano’s home. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in , we didn’t want for anything the house was fully equipped, the view from the terrace was outstanding . Quercinella is a beautiful village right beside the sea , which is just a small 10 minute walk from the house . Emiliano and Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations and lots of information which helped us a lot . I would definitely recommend this Airbnb . We hope to stay there again in the near future . L'appartamento di Lorena è molto carino e super organizzato. È molto attenta a gli ospiti e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi e il paese. Super consigliato

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Lorella, Giuseppe i co-host di Jacopo sono due persone fantastiche!!! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa!!! Come omaggio di benvenuto c era una crostata buonissima fatta da Lorella, durante il nostro breve soggiorno ci hanno offerto frutta, caffè, e una splendida e super grigliata, abbiamo passato serate in loro compagnia come amici di sempre!!! E poi Camilla la splendida e simpatica cagnolina sempre pronta a farti le feste e a ricevere tante coccole ci ha robato il cuore!!! La casa Campo albo è ottima per una coppia, confortevole e fresca, super la doccia all esterno ottima per togliere la sabbia e la calura prima di entrare in casa, fantastica la veranda con un bel tavolo per pranzi e cene all aperto!!! La casa è veramente a due passi dal mare cristallino e dalla spiaggia poco affollata e tranquilla..... Un grazie gigante a Lorella e Giuseppe per la loro ospitalità, cordialità e consigli che ci hanno mostrato!!! La consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza al top!!!

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque per dieci giorni nella casa di Cinzia e abbiamo trovato l'alloggio confortevole e ben distribuito. La camera matrimoniale con il bagno privato è il massimo. L'alloggio, di recente ristrutturato, era pulitissimo e con tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria sia per la cucina che per il resto. La zona esterna con un arredamento completo e curato, permette di godersi pranzi, cene e relax nel giardino perfettamente ombreggiato. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia a mezz'ora di cammino dal paese è il luogo ideale per chi ama la tranquillità. Cinzia ha risposto immediatamente alle nostre richieste con cura e gentilezza. Che dire non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Da consigliare veramente.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa! Gli spazi erano puliti, curati e dotati degli elementi principali per rendere il soggiorno confortevole. L’host, Riccardo, è stato estremamente disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a ogni domanda e offrendo consigli preziosi sulla zona. La location è ottima, situata in un quartiere tranquillo ma vicino ai principali punti di interesse. È stato facile spostarsi e godersi le attrazioni locali. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza piacevole e senza stress.

Ein super Haus samt toller Lage um eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie auf Elba zu verbringen.Das Meer ist zu Fuß in 10min zu erreichen und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es auch in 5min mit dem Rad. Städte wie Portoferraio oder Porto Azzuro sind alle in ca.15min. mit Auto zu erreichen. Zur Ausstattung des Hauses gehören sogar Räder mit Kindersitzen und ein Grill. Das Haus ist sehr modern und mit den 2 Bädern auch perfekt aufgeteilt. Alles ist auch sehr gepflegt und wirkt alles super neu. Wie gesagt, alles perfekt.

Graziella und Barbara sind wirklich ganz großartige Gastgeber. Sie haben uns bei vielen Dingen schnell und unkompliziert ausgeholfen und reagieren sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schlicht eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Und die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach großartig. Es ist einfach toll, mit dem Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen und wieder aufzuwachen. Der Garten um das Gebäude ist nett angelegt und auf dem Gelände kann auch das Auto abgestellt werden. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß und viele Unternehmungen in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der Toskana.

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Debora e Dario. Loro sono stati molto disponibili e ci sono venuti incontro sia con l’orario di check in che di check out! L’appartamento è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, ottimo quindi se si viaggia con bambini piccoli e c’è bisogno di fare avanti e indietro per evitare le ore più calde e spezzare la giornata! Apprezzata anche la terrazza, sempre ventilata e perfetta quindi per una cena all’aperto!

Ho prenotato per due miei amici, i quali sono rimasti soddisfatti della pulizia, del confort e della posizione dell'alloggio.

Ho soggiornato da Barbara per qualche giorno ed ho trovato accoglienza, gentilezza, precisione e uno spirito di ospitalità che raramente si incontra! La casa è spaziosa, confortevole, pulitissima e fornita si tutti i servizi indicati nella descrizione. Si trova in una zona tranquilla di Vada, ma vicinissima alle varie attività commerciali e al mare (5 minuti la spiaggia più vicina raggiungibile sia a piedi che in auto con posteggi bianchi adiacenti). Comodissimo anche il parcheggio gratuito sotto casa, all'ombra degli alberi, che in estate è preziosissimo. Nei dintorni località da esplorare a pochi minuti di auto. Palazzina curatissima e tranquilla e host ineccepibile, presente, reattiva e disponibile nel venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Mi sono sentita a casa, sicura e tranquilla, con tutti i comfort necessari. Esperienza positiva al 100% e da ripetere sicuramente! Grazie Barbara :)

Maria ist eine äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Sie war bestens erreichbar und fragte auch selbst nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ihre Wohnung ist geräumig und perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Obwohl nicht von ihr angegeben, verfügt sie über einen Balkon/eine Terrasse mit Meeresblick. Für den Start des Aufenthalts ist ein Grundstock an Lebensmitteln vorhanden, die Küche bietet alles erforderliche an Geräten und Werkzeugen fürs Kochen und sogar backen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß - die zahlreichen Ventilatoren haben es uns dennoch ermöglicht, uns wohlzufühlen. San Vincenzo ist ein toller Ort für einen Badeurlaub, Strände sind sowohl fußläufig als auch nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 3 und 5 Jahre alt) hatten eine schöne Zeit.
