With access to beach club, golf course, tennis, mountain bike trails, surfing and more. House is very spacious, 3 Bedroom with en-suite bathrooms, half bath in common areas. Large living room and dining area. Kitchen has all high end appliances, fully equipped. Floor to ceiling glass doors that bring the outdoors indoors. Great terrace and pool. BBQ

We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.
