Townhome holiday rentals in Piney Green

Everything as advertised! Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family of four to enjoy the beach and surrounding area!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

I hated giving the cleaniness a 4 because it wasn't Gerald's fault: i forgot that North Carolina is a bug infested state as a whole. There wasn't an infestation so the place was cleaner than most! The house was perfect for two people: there's plenty of room and amenities. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom wasn't working but it wasn't a deal breaker and i managed. The location was perfect for visiting family, who just so happened to not live too far away, and everything that we wanted to do was within a reasonable driving distance. Thr next time we come to Jacksonville, we hope that this place is available! Also, Gerald was very friendly and responded within the hour if not less, which was very appreciative.

My family really enjoyed our stay! The location was an easy walk to the beach, and the beach was private, quiet, and family friendly. The listing was very accurate, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to feel at home during our stay. Donald was easy to get in touch with and answered questions quickly. We would come back again!

Terri and David's marina townhome is fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location by the marina and views from the decks are beautiful. We especially enjoyed exploring New Bern and the neighboring areas. Hope to return.

We had a great stay. Ed made it better by being generous enough to let us check in a bit earlier. Super responsive to any questions and felt right at home. Location is amazing, recommend to anyone thinking about booking—do it!

This was our second time staying here and it will continue to be our first choice when coming to the Cape Carteret/EI/Swansboro area. The residence is immaculately maintained and beautifully decorated in subtle beach colors. My husband especially loved that it was calming without too many decorative objects that create a clutter feeling. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with supplies and quality dining/cookware. Furniture is comfortable, especially for the two of us as tall people. Easy to access WiFi and television. There is an excellent collection of books to choose from. This trip, I didn't bother to bring books knowing I'd find plenty to enjoy. Brandi is a superb host! BTW, we recommend T&W's Oyster Bar, just 1.5 miles back up 58, for the best oysters and great seafood. Delighted to stay at Brandi's and quickly enjoy some oysters.

This was a perfect place to stay for our beach weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms had basic toiletries which was so convenient. Kitchen had spices, popcorn, creamer, and hot chocolate. The little things always make airbnb stays that much better. Definitely recommend, we would book again.

We stayed at Priscilla’s place to celebrate our senior graduating with a girls trip to Emerald Isle over the weekend. We had the best time. The space was so clean and felt just like home. We all slept like babies. The beds were all so comfy. We enjoyed not having to drive forever to get to the beach. I was so very thankful for the Tupperware that was in the cabinets. It made taking our snacks to the beach so much easier. The neighborhood was so quiet and conveniently located to just about anything we needed to get to. We just had everything we needed! It was a wonderful time!

This was our second time staying at Nathan and Wendy’s Airbnb, and we had another great trip! The location is convenient to the beach and the house is comfortable and clean. Nathan and Wendy are proactive in their communication and very responsive. My friends and I had a great time here!

Kate was a fantastic host for my bachelorette party (girls gone MILD) we sat at the beach, cooked at home, and watched movies together! I was so happy to be this close to the beach and not have to walk across the street. The house is very accessible and neat. The beach access is private and calm! Driving distance to most local restaurants, bars, and ice cream!!

The listing was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Serene views of the New river with breathtaking sunsets. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It did not disappoint!

We had a lovely time here and Jessica was a great host. We loved being g ocean front and the kids loved the pool since the ocean was too cold to swim in(we went in April).

Rose & Gary’s place was well worth the price. I felt at home. She provided so much more than expected too. If I’m back to the area I will definitely stay at this location. The beds were comfy too. Everything was perfect.

Absolutely one of the best beach side air-bnb’s we have been to! This place felt like home from the moment we walked in. There are so many special little things (like yoga mats, kayaks, binoculars for bird feeder, etc.) that filled our experience with joy! The beach was a moments walk away and it was a very peaceful part of the coast. Must stay location and we will be coming back to this one!

This place was all we hoped and more. Because of the weather we weren’t able to enjoy it as much as we would have, but it still gave us a haven for wonderful family memories. Thank you, Ashleigh!

We loved our stay at Stella Maris! We felt drawn to stay here as Catholics because of that name! What stood out to us was how exceptionally clean it was! The house was well stocked. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful townhome with everything you’d need for a short visit or transitioning if you’re military. Very close to North Topsail Beach and Surf City. Very welcoming home with plenty of space for your pets and other family members! We would stay here again for sure!

Everyone reads these reviews to make decisions on where to stay for vacation…if you’re reading this one, stop and book it. You’re not going to find a better Airbnb! The host was responsive to my questions and responded quickly. Location is perfect; the beach is a short walk across the street. Pool was fantastic! The house was gorgeous, and had every amenity possible. We’re talking batteries, flashlights, fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices and baking supplies. Access to several bath towels, beach towels, bikes, rafts…it saved us from packing several items! Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. It was bright, sunny…and you have 2 balconies to choose from to drink your morning coffee!

Nicole’s place was a perfect location to celebrate a special weekend. The view over the coastal waters was stunning and easy walk to the beach. The home was so well stocked, everything we needed and more! She was an extremely responsive and helpful host!

We had an amazing weekend at Jonathan’s townhouse. He was one of the best hosts we’ve had and the description was 100% accurate. Only complaint is the beach erosion on that part of the island created a steep drop off which was challenging for our family with 3 children. Will definitely be back ! Thanks again!
