Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Piney Green

10/10 would recommend and stay again. Kids had LOTS of fun at the pool!! The connect 4 game was fun one too! Thanks for hosting us and we will be back!

This is our second time booking with Gianna. We visit Jacksonville to visit our Marine and his family. I would stay at any of her properties. They are clean, have a well supplied kitchen for cooking, and are updated. We will stay again when in the area.

Soul soothing visit. A quirky cottage with a lovely 180-degree view of Queen’s Creek. From inside or out one can see beautiful water views from any of a dozen thoughtfully placed chairs and benches. Whimsical spinners, musical wind chimes, and fanciful ornaments compete with bright flowers and shells to capture your attention. Expansive deck screened by magical blue passion flower vines and topped by conchs, scallops, whelks, sea biscuits, lettered olives and even a moon snail. Lemon balm planted by the steps naturally wards off insects. Landscape shaded by tall oaks and pines, edged by natural garden beds dotted with color and light attracts birds, bees and butterflies. A miniature dock is perfect for casting a line or for just simply relaxing at creek’s edge, lulled by by the sway of the marsh grass. If you enjoy photography this joyful place is for you!

Very clear instructions of what was expected. The house was very easy to find and very close to restaurants and gas stations. Love the fenced in back yard. It is in a peaceful neighborhood.

Great location for a Jacksonville centric stay (close but not too close) ... and an easy drive to the beach. Really nice house with a private backyard.

It’s an old house but it was so pretty on the outside and the history on the house. We was visiting are son in the marine and he love it and so did my husband. Will stay there again.

Me and my boys spend Thanksgiving week there, it felt like being home. I got to have some of my son’s Marine mates visiting for lunch and we spend a wonderful time there Thank you

My family stayed over the weekend for some wedding planning. Host was very friendly, communication was great. Answered any and all questions that we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved staying here! It was an end unit as described and the beach veiw from the balcony was breathtaking. Easy beach access, kid friendly unit, very clean and comfortable. It felt like home on arrival, we were able to unpack easily and still enjoy the rest of the day in the area. Stacy was very quick to answer when we had an issue and resolved it within the hour. Would recommend staying here, especially if you have kids.

First time with Bruce, as my usual go to was booked. Turns out it was a blessing. I love Bruce's home; it was clean, welcoming and tastefully furnished. Communication with Bruce was outstanding, he was very responsive to questions and easily available. Bruce's unit will definitely be saved as a favorite and I would very highly recommend him. I would definitely recommend this provider. The facilities were phenomenal, well worth the price, comfortable, beautifully decorated and provided for. John was extremely easy to work with and very personable. I cannot recommend these accommodations highly enough. if I come back to the area, I will definitely look John up again!

We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, it had everything that we needed, it’s walking distance to nice places to eat and drink, that are right on the water and it has a pool!!!

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

Was there for work on Camp Lejeune. Great location, close to base. Would highly recommend staying here if in the area. Brianna is very responsive and proactive in communicating. Would stay here again if available on future projects.
