Cute house, open concept first floor was great for a weekend with our girlfriends! Hava was very responsive and kind!

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

Very enjoyable time here! Instructions, accommodations, and overall experience was perfect!

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

This listing had the most gorgeous view. We enjoyed eating meals out on the patio in the mild summer weather. The amenities really set this place apart. We enjoyed the games left in the living room, all the kitchen supplies, the bathroom niceties, and the wireless chargers in the primary bedroom. The hot tub was the biggest highlight. It has been well maintained and the instructions left on how to use it made things very easy. Omer was friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

The graves home was very comfortable. It was very accommodating. It had enough room for the whole family. We were not on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable. The last place we stayed at the beds were horrible. These were absolutely comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet no surrounding neighbors. It was wonderful to wake up and see the deer in the backyard every morning while I was drinking my coffee. The host was great. He responded within 5 to 10 minutes every time I had no issues would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing family getaway. and the pool is wonderful.

Arps place was Superb to say the least. Me and my family had a great time. The home is beautifully designed and decorated, very homey. All my friends are asking me to send them arps place they also want to experience what I had experienced.

We had fun staying at Ted’s place. Plenty is space to 2 families (8 people). Very close to the mountain. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and peaceful location with great restaurants and outdoor adventures all around. The sounds and view of the creek, especially at morning and nighttime, was priceless. The indoor fireplace was perfect for the chilly spring weather. Would definitely recommend for those looking to get into nature.

The house is secluded and the surroundings were gorgeous- the pictures don’t do them justice. The hosts were kind and responsive. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the entire place was spotless. 1000 percent recommend!

We love this house! Every time we come here we feel right at home! It has now become a tradition for our family to come here at least once a year. Perfect place to relax. Pet friendly. Always looking forward to our next visit!

What a beautiful home! We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the house was upon arrival. The kitchen is a great gathering place. We loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Plenty of clean linens. No complaints- will definitely stay here again!

We had a great long weekend at Lina’s place. It was exactly like the pictures and it was very spacious! We love the dining table that sat all 16 of us (with 2 added chairs) The kitchen was free of clutter but had almost everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable everyone in our group said they had a good nights sleep. Even though there was a lot of us, we never felt crowded. There was big open spaces and a wonderful outdoor deck and right by the creek there was seats to sit and enjoy nature. Lina was a wonderful host. She was very responsive. Everyone in our group said they would stay here again.

Matt thinks of everything, from a to z instructions, motion sensor lighting on the outside steps, comprehensive guide to local stores and attractions, color coded keys, a house wide Bluetooth sound system, top notch kitchen. He even had a toothbrush cup that is weighted or magnetized and on stick to the bathroom sink. I wish he would come outfit my house. Beautiful and peaceful. You won’t be disappointed. I hope to be back.

We had a fantastic stay while celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday! Michael’s house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet. It was conveniently located between Phoenicia and Hunter/Tannersville, which made it easy to get out for hikes and explore the area with our kids. The hot tub was a huge highlight and got lots of use. And we loved the views from the second floor deck! It was also such a bonus that the house was dog-friendly — we loved being able to bring our pup along for the trip! The only thing we missed was a high chair, which would’ve been helpful with our toddler — but otherwise, the house was really well-stocked and family-friendly! Michael was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made the whole process really smooth. We’d definitely love to come back again!

We had a great stay the house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed! Great location to a couple restaurants and less than 5 min to Belleayre ski mountain which was great! Jason and Phyllis were very responsive and friendly would recommend this place and will definitely stay again!!

We had a mix of folk with us and the location was perfect for that. The space was very unique and we loved the goats in the back. Great location if you're into the low-key Catskill vibe and you're trying to fly fish and hike. Last but not least, Donald was a splendid host--had local recs, gifted a little care package when we were missing some things, and was responsive/kind. Would definitely suggest this place. 👌

This house is an absolute dream. Lucas and Victoria are so communicative and hospitable. They know how to make a home cozy and inviting. The location next to the river and the view of the mountains is just perfect. Even though it was a rainy weekend, we made beautiful meals and just stared out the windows with a warm fire and had everything we could possibly need! I'm so grateful to have experienced this home. Thank you Victoria and Lucas!!

Beautiful place for a getaway, quiet and serene. Everything was as described and more. We took our daughter for her first trip away from the city and she enjoyed the space, the sunshine, and the wildlife. She especially loved the beautiful windows as she said good morning to the trees. It feels cozy and spacious at the same time. A thunderstorm rolled in during our stay and the home somehow felt even cozier listening and watching the rain pour. The nearby town is picturesque and everyone was so warm and welcoming. Georgia was so responsive to any questions & really thought of everything her guests could possibly need.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 boys (7&3 years old) we booked the house because of how close it was to skiing at bellayare mountain. Cathy was very responsive and answer all of our questions. Home was clean and pictures are exactly what the house looks like. Cozy home. The stairs in the house were very steep, something to keep in mind when staying with kids and no drive way. They provided a baby gate which gave me a piece of mind during the night. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely Victorian home right next to Belleayre Mountain which made it the perfect spot for a ski weekend. Very spacious and comfortable for our 2 families with great dining/living areas to hang out together. Added plus was the cozy wood burning stove for extra warmth and an unexpected piano which provided great entertainment for the musicians in our family :) The only quirky thing to note is only one toilet upstairs (other toilet is downstairs) and the main shower downstairs as well but for us it was a non-issue and not a problem at all. Just wanted to make a note for future guests in case that might affect their stay. But overall, this really felt like a home which was what we wanted for our weekend getaway.
