Such a nice townhouse, well-furnished and an easy 10 minute drive from many attractions in the area such as the Colony Grandscape, and a hop away from Arbor Hills nature preserve. Has a nice kitchen and loft workspace. The Parker Estates neighborhood is very well maintained, safe and quiet. We stayed for several weeks while moving to Plano for a new job. The small backyard was good for our dogs and there is a lot of open grass areas to walk them. Barlas was very easy to communicate with. This is Texas, you will need a car to get around.

Pool was amazing and the whole property was as described. Location was secluded and didn’t feel like you were in the city , but had you close enough to go anywhere in about 10 min. Will def book again next year.

We had a wonderful time. The host was VERY responsive. We had to reach out twice and they were on top of it. Stuff is going to happen from time to time, its how the host reacts when it does that makes thw difference and they got everything squared away quickly and efficiently. would absolutely stay again. the location is BRILLIANT!

Lisa's place was perfect! Safe, cozy, quiet, and clean. I had every thing that I needed, even oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe for walking and I even had the opportunity to stroll with the dogs. Lisa is an excellent communicator and checked in often to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. She is a wonderful host and I will be back!

This place is like a well-curated museum that you get to spend the night in! The location was great for us so we could be close to our daughter who is attending UTSW. Everything is very well labeled and good instructions are provided. If you want to take a step back into the 60's this is your place!

Jeff's home was the perfect place for my son & I to stay while he attended a camp at SMU. It was an easy drive to campus, and surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods. His studio was on a very nice street with beautiful homes as well. It was as pictured, and met every need we had! We enjoyed several meals outside in our little courtyard; my son preferred to get food and bring it back there to eat because it was a perfect place to decompress at the end of a long day for him. Jeff was very kind and responsive, but also gave us complete privacy. Oh, and you can't beat having driveway parking instead of most places that require street parking. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great place to stay and very spacious! May seem like a lot of rules but if you are a clean person and take care of your stuff it’s simple things you would normally do at home. Definitely would recommend for a short or long stay!

Israel’s home is cute, fun and comfortable. The towels are fluffy, the sheets are soft and the beds are comfy. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the background due to weather, but we wanted to. It looks like a great space.

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

The BEST Air Bnb i’ve stayed in so far! Jennifer and Marc were so accommodating and attentive to everything we requested or were concerned about, and we weren’t concerned about much! (Their response rates were within FIVE minutes!) My favorite perk about their Air Bnb is that if there was anything extra we may have forgotten, it was there! (Extra towels, washcloths, shampoo, games, etc.) So if you forget any small things, don’t worry! Can’t wait to stay here again the next time I come to Dallas!

Jo and Vicki were truly amazing! The house was beautifully decorated, and honestly a great place to host for my brother’s wedding. The hosts were so kind, quick to respond and helped with any issues we had. They were so flexible and the house was fully furnished and set up ready to go for our stay. This house is a gem and we are so grateful and thankful for the wonderful wonderful opportunity We had to stay here. I give this place my highest rating!

The apartment looked just like the pictures. The host got back to me quickly when I reached out with questions. The location is close to a lot of restaurants and right off the highway which made it easy to get to/from.

The home was lovely, well appointed, well stocked and offers multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Everything’s was as advertised with no surprises. I would definitely ask to stay here again

The kids especially loved the pool and the fun games we played together—it brought everyone closer. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and we appreciated how easy everything was. Anytime we come back to Texas, we’ll definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommend this place to any family looking for a relaxing getaway!
