A very nice space….clean and uncluttered. An older neighborhood but nevertheless a clean one. I would stay here again.

This place was so lovely. Peaceful and surrounded by nature yet close enough to my daughter’s soccer tournament. My kids enjoyed the board games. Wish we had more time. The history communicates effectively and with reasonable time.

Perfect for my son and I. It was exactly what we needed. Looking forward to staying again the next time we are in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Dwayne’s lovely house! The property was comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the peaceful, quiet setting of Old New Castle which was perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle and bustle. The view of the river was breathtaking and made every moment truly special. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy nature, tranquility, and comfort in one place. We booked Erma's place for our birdwatching adventure. I had the master bedroom, which was large with comfy bed. My sister slept well on the futon in the second bedroom. Although she sometimes heard people walking around upstairs, their schedules aligned with ours, early to bed and early to rise. Then they were off to work and we went birding at the many wildlife refuges available. We cooked in the small kitchen, with plentiful supplies and condiments, and picked up groceries at Bylers and other nearby stores. The living room was large and comfortable. The large bathroom was conveniently off the living room. Since it was a little chilly with the ac on upstairs, we simply followed the instructions to close the vent and we were fine. Parking was convenient, and we sometimes hung out in the peaceful backyard, occasionally walking over to see the chickens. Erma responded promptly to any questions that I texted.

This was our second stay at the Hewitt. It is one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! It is artfully decorated with antiques (and generally seems too nice to let people stay in lol) Just for informational purposes, it is not friendly for guests with physical limitations as you have to climb two flights of pretty steep stairs to enter.

Had an amazing stay this week, very accommodating, met all of our needs and extremely homely and comfortable...very close to the mall and plenty of restaurants and activities near the area... Brendan was extremely helpful, very responsive when I had questions or needed assistance, all over he was a wonderful host and would definitely stay again...

We celebrated our anniversary in Philly and had a lovely stay. The apartment was just as described and as seen in the photos. Everything was very clean, even the faux plants were dust free, which is impressive. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet! We loved exploring Philly and having a comfortable place that felt like home to relax in after being out all day. The check-in and check out process was incredibly easy with clear, simple instructions. Lee was quick to respond with the one question we had and they also checked in with us to see how things were going. Highly recommend this lovely apartment and hosts.

The apartment was as pictured—clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The location is great, with easy access to downtown. One thing to note is that the stairs leading to the unit are quite narrow and steep, which could be a consideration for anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, a solid stay in a convenient spot.

Beautiful place & country side. Everything we needed including snacks and a few immediate grocery items in the fridge. We will always stay here if available when we are in the area.

Rui’s place was amazing. The apartment was well equipped, spotless and spacious. It was also very quiet. There were little things like snacks, stuff in the bathroom you could use if you needed, Rui really thought about everything! The area was fine, very walkable, it’s not far from the centre if you fancy walking but there’s metro station close by. Also there are shops and cafés around. Rui was very friendly and responsive, always happy to help or answer any questions.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The home is very walkable in beautiful downtown Hammonton. We went to the bagel shop and coffee shop down the street both mornings. It was a memorable stay and we will absolutely be coming back soon!

We had a lovely time at the Lemon St. place while visiting family in Media. The location is great for access to the many local businesses, and the town is very walkable. We highly recommend Warren's place!

Our stay was very clean, comfortable and convenient! Our family enjoyed the amenities both inside (modern appliance, large tub etc) and out (able to walk to park and cafe). Would stay again when back in area and highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay in an up-to-date, clean, and comfortable lodging space near Drexel campus. Excellent place for visiting parents. Host Lucy is very responsive.

What a lovely home! Super clean and updated. Easy Check-in. The private parking was nice. The kids loved the play area in the basement. The area outside was very nice with the string lights. We didn't end up using the grill or campfire pit this trip, but definitely would have. The Hot Tub was a big hit! All the appliances worked perfect; washer, dryer, fridge and the Central Air cooled the whole house well. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. We loved this house and would book it again! Mr. Bill made accommodations when the Airbnb I had originally planned for fell through. He made the transition quick and even made sure my weekend was blocked off at the new Airbnb and not compromising our plans. Forever grateful for the last minute switch

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Jon was an awesome host. Quick and responsive! Amenities were also as described. The only thing I think I was disappointed with was the location. It’s walkable but a little sketchy depending on where you’re walking. I still think Jon was great and overall, I’d recommend his Airbnb to anyone going to Philly.

This is my 4th time staying and every year new improvements are made. I enjoy my time at this location

Hope this helps anyone looking Communication: would give 10+ stars if possible, Richard always responded to everything I asked, went out of his way check on us but not too much that it was annoying Cleanliness and Room: Room was clean. Linens smelled great and clean. Beds were on the harder side, but had a thin pillow top on them. We found them very comfortable as with the couch as well. Location was excellent. Quick 10 min walk to either Hard Rock on one side and Bally's on the other, We ate at the Irish Pub about 1 min walk, food and drink were good and very inexpensive as well. Views were great especially from the bedroom without the tub. Very safe: the street entrance has people on site and you have to use your key card to let you in through the boardwalk. Word of warning: If coming in from the boardwalk avoid the timeshare sales people. If they ask just tell them you own the place, not renting.
