Everything is incredible, the house is just like the photos , impeccable. Monica is attentive to every detail , very concerned, excellent host. A place that is 100% recommended. Ideal for a few days on family vacation.

We were very comfortable in this home. The place is cozy, everything was very clean and well kept. The towels were spotless and with a very pleasant aroma. In addition, Teresa had several details, such as leaving us coffee for breakfast, new scouring and cloth and personal care products such as gels, which is very much appreciated. Everything corresponded perfectly with what the listing indicated. Without question, a highly recommended stay.

Beautiful house where we enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and the beautiful decor. We found the different terraces by the pool and by the house very nice and tastefully decorated. We were missing a sink stopper and a parasol by the pool. This was immediately arranged when we asked about it. Very nice. The view at the house as well as the surroundings is really beautiful. Lots of options for walks. We'd love to come back.

10 days winter stay with family. Good, calm location. Near to the sea, with long promenade to walk. During winter no problem to park the car 5m from building entrance door. Elevator. Nice apartment. Very well equipped. There is everything, including washing machine, book wrote by the Owner and chess set. Comfortable bed. 2 bathrooms. Thanks to their attentive care and the wonderful apartment, this stay in Oliva was Superb!

Nice apartment on the first floor, very close to the sea. Easy to park. Very quiet area. Large bathroom with new shower and all the necessary products. Jorge has been very kind and responsive all the time. Zero problems, we will surely repeat.

The apartment was really impeccable, identical to the description and photos. Vicente was very friendly and flexible with his schedule, we were very comfortable with a self check-in. Following our minor car breakdown and delay. I would recommend it without hesitation I will definitely come back to his place because we really liked the apartment!

Had a fantastic stay in Inge’s apartment. Inge met us for check in and showed us around. The view from the lounge and balcony is amazing! Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Small but perfectly formed apartment with a stunning view from the balcony. Right on the front above the promenade makes it easily accessible to many restaurants in the port area. There is free parking close by which makes having a car easy. John was available before and during our stay to answer any questions we had. Would recommend this apartment for couples looking for a space in the centre of Javea port. Great week.

Communication with Gregorio and Pablo was fluid and friendly, attentive to all concerns. Very considered with the check-in times. The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos, with a postcard view from each window that makes it up. It had everything you need for a wonderful stay, very clean, very well maintained, designed to enjoy. If we went back to Gandia, we would go back to this apartment with our eyes closed. The only thing to be aware of is that the keys are removed in another direction, they do not deliver them in the apartment.

Beautiful accommodation ever so tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants walking distance locally with a pebble beach on your doorstep and two beach bars. Pool area spotless and sunbeds readily available. If you want to explore lots of places easily accessible. All in all fantastic.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

The apartment was great and the beds were excellent. The elevator connection between the garage and the residential floor was great, and at the same time you could get to the swimming pool without any obstacles. The only downside was the construction in the area and its sounds, but even that was not too disturbing and decreases all the time. I recommend!
