Completely renovated in 2018, it has (shared) a beautiful infinity pool with salt water of 12x6m, 1.40 cm deep, equipped with deckchairs, gazebos, sunbeds and solar showers with hot water, located in a green lawn surrounded by oleander plants. Fredrico and Linda were the best people who made me feel right at home. I met some amazing people during my stay of 3 nights. Fredrico and Linda even took us for a drive and pizza up the hills in their amazing van. We heard songs and spoke and laughed and had the best time. Their garden is so so chill and there's a table tennis table too where you can play. I even took a dip in their pond which was super clean. It's the experience that stood out and i am so grateful to have come here. Special mention to Greta ( she is such a nice person and beautiful)

Francesco’s place is beautiful and peaceful. We were welcomed with open arms. The location was easy to find and parking was convenient. The room was very clean and just like the photos. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. We loved the coffee. There is also a little store just a walk away to grab snacks. We had dinner twice at La Conca and loved it! We would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone and hope to return someday.

The location is simply amazing - there are stunning views of the Italian hills and olive gardens. The dirt road is quite passable, and you can park right at the house. Our accommodation was cozy and perfectly clean, we were provided with everything we needed. I especially want to note the hospitality of the hosts. They are really kind and responsive people, creating an incredibly warm atmosphere. They were ready to help with recommendations of local restaurants and even offered us their products for dinner. The olive oil from their cooking is very tasty, be sure to try it! In the evening, a perfect silence reigned, and fireflies flew and sparkled in the yard! It was magical! The farm looks well-maintained, despite the short stay, we managed to see all the animals, as well as listened to the pleasant singing of different birds. Beautiful and purebred shepherd dogs led by a cat named Cocolina😀 I recommend it to everyone who dreams of immersing themselves in the atmosphere of the Italian province and enjoying a vacation surrounded by nature!

Andrea's cottage is a little out of the way, the road is not very visible and dark at night. However, the apartment is really nice, as described, tidy, clean, nothing is missing. The kids had a blast in the pool and on the lawn. Very well maintained. There is a supermarket nearby but you need a car to get around, there is nothing else. An area full of beautiful hiking trails. Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, and Montecarlo are just a few kilometers away. We were warmly welcomed by Erinda and upon arrival we found local specialties and fresh water. Not everyone! The hosts were very discreet. Very quiet area. Impeccable bathrooms like all the rest. Unfortunately, we only stayed for a few days. Rating 10. We highly recommend.

Our stay at the B&B Sottomonte was simply fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Adam, the host - you immediately feel at home. Adam was not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely helpful: he gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights in the area that made our vacation really special. The house itself is beautifully located - in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast - fresh, regional and prepared with love. Sottomonte is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the real Tuscan way of life. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back. Thank you, Adam, for this unforgettable time!
