A beautiful place. The accommodation is very good, as in the photos. The pool is large, clean... a joy! Very good mattress. Kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful location, beautiful house to share some time with friends

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Many thanks to Michael and Andrew for letting us spend our vacation in this magical accommodation! We felt 100% comfortable, slept well (each room has air conditioning), had enough space for seven and always enjoyed the great view from the terrace! The equipment of the small kitchen is fabulous and we lacked nothing. Communication is excellent, very courteous, polite and friendly! A great plus is the possibility of using the tennis courts and the pool very close to the house. Our dog also liked it very much, as he could move freely through the fenced property. Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

We loved Fabienne's villa- it's a lovely place with all of the amenities you need, an excellent location to explore the South of France and Fabienne was always on hand if we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

My family of 4 (myself, wife, two teenagers) absolutely loved staying in Anais' castle. The views were....stunning! It comes with a great pool that we really enjoyed when it got a bit hot (stayed during a June heatwave). The small hillside village has a few restaurants easily walkable to from the house. We loved the pizza place and the guy making pizzas was super awesome and friendly. The owner of the next door restaurant sold us soft drinks and wine even though he was technically closed. Really a friendly very small town atmosphere. We had a car, so lots to do in the surrounding villages. Anais was kind enough to provide a guide and we definitely took his suggestions. He was very responsive and provided excellent directions for finding this gem. maximin-la-sainte-baume is a small town about 5min away. There you can find groceries, coffee, shopping, etc. I fully recommend this place and Anais as a host!

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as on the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Very well located apartment with great air conditioning, pleasant terrace, breathtaking sea view, five minutes from the sea, very large, pleasant swimming pool, shopping center nearby Very good stay to do again.

Sylvia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is super cozy. In addition, it is extremely well equipped, there is actually everything you need. We therefore often cooked ourselves. The pool can be reached within 10 seconds (I timed it) and the facility is fantastic: the tennis court, the fragrant pine trees and the tranquility on a warm summer day. We would book again at any time! Thank you!

Pros: Extremely well located apartment for visiting the region, close to transport (especially by boat) and basic shops (Auchan/Super U, pharmacy, etc.). Very well decorated and organized, although a little small. Ideal for couples or single people. Very easy access to the beach as well as a swimming pool in the complex, which is very good. Cons: If you want to cook, there is little space to store food in the kitchen. Also, a little disappointed to have paid a supplement for the linen, but to have had only the bare minimum (one dishcloth for several days, no hand towels, etc.) All in all a great stay, we highly recommend it!

The reception was excellent. The house is completely faithful to the listing, in very good condition, very clean. The surroundings of the garden, terraces and pool are a big plus. The bedding is extremely qualitative. A garage completes this service. The proximity to the village of La Cadière and all the surrounding resorts is also a positive element.

Excellent stay. Perfect for kids as it’s very private, enclosed & feels safe. Only a 15 minute walk into town. Air con works great & the kitchen has everything you need. Only downside was there were no pool towels & the beds weren’t made before we arrived. Not all the bedding left on the bed matched up.

The house is very nice and has a really great and very large pool. The house is located in an enclosed complex with about 20 houses and is only about 10 minutes from the beach. The house and location are really perfect for a beach vacation. Unfortunately, on the first day after just an hour, the neighbor complained about the volume of the children in the pool. We were very irritated, as we have probably been in a house with a pool ten times and this happened for the first time. Therefore, we had to pay a lot of attention to the volume of the children for the remaining days, which gave us little joy. We cannot now conclude from this individual case in general, but we want to recommend another accommodation for families with children as a precaution. The communication with the agency was very good and always worked to our complete satisfaction.

Fantastic weekend stay in the South of France! This little home made you feel as if you were home and Carole was the utmost help throughout our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer and will return during our next trip to St. Tropez/Gassin area!
