The hosts are very welcoming with very good tips on activities to do and places to visit. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped and the environment is very peaceful with a very nice view of the vineyards and the "cabin" is isolated. We spent a wonderful vacation in this house. The house itself is exactly like the photos on the website. Everything is clean and brand new. The air conditioners in all rooms were very pleasant with their coolness in the middle of August, when it was very hot outside. We spent wonderful evenings on the terrace and every evening a small guest came to us. A hedgehog. Google helped us determine what is safe to feed hedgehogs and we fed him every evening. The children were simply delighted. It is obvious that the owners really tried to make the guests' stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Convenient location, 10 minutes' walk to the city center. The sea is also not far away by car. It is convenient that there is a small supermarket and a wonderful bakery nearby, and a little further (10 minutes' walk) a large supermarket. I would like to separately note the attention of Sabrina. She is wonderful. It is very pleasant to communicate with her and she is ready to help with any question

Great stay at this villa! Sabrina remained available throughout the stay for our questions. Very nice house, very nice. The house is located 15 minutes' walk from the city center of Bormes (on a slope). The house is in a private cul-de-sac so we really enjoyed the quiet! To rent this house with young children, you have to keep in mind that it is not very suitable. Steps everywhere, no roller shutter for the pool (an alarm on the other hand is in place). We would highly recommend it!

LOVELY! The garden, the tranquility, the multiple seats in the garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi are very pleasant and well maintained. House clean and hygienic. Sébastien and Melanie are discreet but stand by if you need them. God willing, we will return, and for us, it is very exceptional to go to the same place more than once.

Nicole’s places is a gem: a very large apartment with large outdoor space overlooking a typical South of French town. The apartment has direct access to a swimming pool and a patio, where one can relax at the end of the day sipping local rosé wine. Local stores and a supermarket are in walking distance. Being on the edge of town makes the location very peaceful and with a breathtaking view of the surroundings. Thank you Nicole, we will be back!

Very nice apartment, well decorated and very pleasant. Located in the heart of the village with grocery store, park, restaurant and other shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed a couple of nights and Xavier and Cindy were absolutely delightful hosts, extremely friendly and helpful. Xavier picked us up from the train station and gave us recommendations. The place is part of their house but with a separate entrance, so it’s still private. The kitchen and flat were well-equipped, it truly is a nice spot. You might want to bring something against mosquitoes as there are many in the general region (early June). Also, Le Pradet is probably more fun by car than by public transport and walking, but that does not reflect on their lodging, of course. And you can walk to beaches in 20 minutes (through a little forest) or even up to ≈ 1.5h if you want to go all the way to the south-east of the peninsula. A really great stay, can warmly recommend.

Very good welcome. Information well explained. And very nice studio. On the other hand, it would only be necessary to change the shower head because there is no water pressure.

Lovely stay, comfortable and large apartment, well equipped and awesome location

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

The accommodation offered by Marc corresponds exactly to the description. It is a very nice apartment located on the heights of Hyères with a magnificent view from the terrace and parking in the residence which is not negligible. In addition, the city is accessible in a short time on foot from the accommodation. Marc is a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host if you have any problems or advice to ask him. I really recommend this accommodation if you are staying in the Var.

We had a grate stay in this apartment! There is very much space and a good equipped kitchen. The two plages are just a few feet away. The bathroom and the shower are also very comfortable.
