Fully equipped house in a quiet subdivision close to the village and shops (7 min walk). Access to a private outdoor area and swimming pool. Ideally located, close to the highway access towards Nice (1h30), Marseille (1h) and Aix en Provence (45 min). Toulon/Hyères 30 min. Close to the beaches but in the Var countryside. All nearby shops. I had to apply a cleaning fee but I can deduct it on request, if you really commit to cleaning (shower, floors...)😉

In the heart of the garrigue, we offer a 35 m2 studio with a 60 m2 private garden and an unobstructed view of the vineyards. Cuers city center is a 5-minute drive (3 km). The cottage is close to a road appreciated by cyclists (the road climbs into the garrigue) The highway is 3 km away. The beaches of Hyères, La Londe-les-Maures and Toulon are 25 km away. The Verdon Gorge is 1.5 hours away. You will enjoy the calm, the singing of birds and cicadas.

Immerse yourself in the 60s in this comfortable apartment, including linen and towels. It will accommodate a family of 4 people for a carefree vacation. The fenced garden will allow children to have fun safely. The above-ground pool, heated from spring and autumn, will be the place for water games only possible if an adult has put the ladder in place. All will be able to sit on the covered terrace for a meal enjoying the good air.

Come and enjoy this accommodation which is only about twenty minutes from the beaches. You will find peace and quiet after a day of walking. For your comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned. It is located at the back of our property, where you can easily park your vehicle (secure parking). For sleeping you have a 160 x 200 bed on the mezzanine and a 140 x 190 sofa bed in the living room. Linens are provided as well as towels.

We rent a room with independent entrance from our house; including a bathroom + toilet + kitchen in annex. The entrance to the kitchenette is from the outside, about 10 meters from the bedroom terrace; it is equipped with gas hobs, a fridge, a microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Towels and bed linen is provided. Access to Family Pool.
