The hosts are very welcoming with very good tips on activities to do and places to visit. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped and the environment is very peaceful with a very nice view of the vineyards and the "cabin" is isolated. We were very well received, the environment is very quiet, and relaxing. A little extra for the coffee bean machine, it is a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

Absolutely breathtaking! We had the most magical vacation and would come back in a heartbeat. The house is stunning, the pool perfect for a family and the beach nearby. Sabrina is a magnificent host who is responsive and takes great care to make sure you are enjoying yourself. Do not hesitate to book this gorgeous home in an unbeatable location!

A great accommodation. Very tastefully furnished, with everything you could wish for. An insanely beautiful view of the sea. The only downside is the location. No shops or restaurants nearby and a steep, curvy drive. But for this, absolute peace and quiet there and at night you can hear the croaking of toads and see bats and during the day many butterflies in the beautifully landscaped garden.

Beautiful loft on the waterfront. Modern layout with a lot of taste. We enjoyed the very large sliding window overlooking the bay and which gave us the impression of living outside. Being lulled by the sound of the waves, what more could you ask for? We will be back!

The communication was flawless and Melody and her husband very friendly. The property and accommodation are kept natural and minimalist. The bed is very soft. Outside, in the garden, there is a cooking and dishwashing facility. Thanks for the stay.

Matéo and his mom were lovely from the time of our booking (which we asked to change) until our departure. The house is in a quiet environment and has a perfect location to go to our diving activity (Saint P'Hyères Plongée, close to Les Salins). The rooms are not very large, but equipped with air conditioning. In addition, we spent most of our time on the upstairs terrace, and in the living room... The kitchen and living room are spacious, and perfectly equipped. Having stayed in several Airbnbs, there is often something missing (dishwasher tablets, salt or oil, a knife for cooking) And there, BRAVO... everything was present and in large numbers... it's nice to never be stuck on anything (example: we started a BBQ... bad luck, we finished the gas bottle... in 3 minutes, bottle replaced). In short, it was great!

We stayed a couple of nights and Xavier and Cindy were absolutely delightful hosts, extremely friendly and helpful. Xavier picked us up from the train station and gave us recommendations. The place is part of their house but with a separate entrance, so it’s still private. The kitchen and flat were well-equipped, it truly is a nice spot. You might want to bring something against mosquitoes as there are many in the general region (early June). Also, Le Pradet is probably more fun by car than by public transport and walking, but that does not reflect on their lodging, of course. And you can walk to beaches in 20 minutes (through a little forest) or even up to ≈ 1.5h if you want to go all the way to the south-east of the peninsula. A really great stay, can warmly recommend.

Very nice apartment, well decorated and very pleasant. Located in the heart of the village with grocery store, park, restaurant and other shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very good welcome. Information well explained. And very nice studio. On the other hand, it would only be necessary to change the shower head because there is no water pressure.

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

The accommodation offered by Marc corresponds exactly to the description. It is a very nice apartment located on the heights of Hyères with a magnificent view from the terrace and parking in the residence which is not negligible. In addition, the city is accessible in a short time on foot from the accommodation. Marc is a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host if you have any problems or advice to ask him. I really recommend this accommodation if you are staying in the Var.

I liked staying at this place, it was nice and clean. The only problem we encountered is that we couldn’t find anywhere to eat breakfast. Other than that everything was as expected and I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to stay in a cute and modern apartment near the sea!

We had a great time at Nathalie's place. The exchange and instructions are clear for a simple arrival. The studio is very functional with a beautiful view! Beach 5 min walk, small shops and good restaurants nearby also 5 min walk! We'll be happy to come back! Thank you Nathalie

My girlfriend and I had a great stay in this apartment. Everything was perfectly in line with the listing, very clean, well furnished and really comfortable. we felt at home from the moment we arrived. We find ourselves in the many other positive comments. Small but very functional and perfectly equipped accommodation... with your feet in the water. Special mention for the fact that the dune in front is not fenced (most of the other neighboring buildings have a view of a fence...) which means that the terrace really overlooks a superb privileged setting. Bedding a little soft for us but it's a matter of taste.
