We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was beautifully decorated and well equipped, making us feel right at home. The area and scenery were beautiful, making for the perfect relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic family holiday with our two children. the house has everything you will need and Marisa was very helpful during our stay. The kids loved the chickens and the hot tub! Great rural location close to lots of great sights Thanks for having us! x

Lovely cottage in a great location. Walking the surrounding area from the house was great and very near to a pub and tearoom which both served great food. The hot tub was an added bonus!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely holiday home which is in a stunning location overlooking Robin Hoods Bay. It really was an unbeatable location. Steve was a fantastic host, giving us all the information we needed about the property and location. He also left us some welcome extras in the fridge 😊 The property was clean and well presented, and the hot tub and snooker room were enjoyable extras. We would happily return to this beautiful, peaceful spot in the future.

Lovely relaxing cottage with everything we needed. Very cosy and relaxing setting with great views from back windows. Enclosed garden for dog or children. Hot tub was a great perk which was well used by us. Rillington village within 10 min walk which had a small shop and a nice pub ( the fleece). Tips for other travellers The fleece in rillington has a nice garden of weather nice and the food was nice too and dog friendly Ham and cheese which is a 5 minute drive the food was very good and dog friendly too although probably too far to walk Lots of walks nearby, we went to dalby Forrest, mallyham spout in goathland and Levisham near Pickering New Connie’s Chinese in malton was also very good

We had the most beautiful stay — the cottage was peaceful, private, and instantly felt like home. Everything was spotless and smelt amazing, with such a lovely, calming vibe throughout. The decor was gorgeous, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect finishing touch for a truly relaxing weekend. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful details like fresh eggs in the morning and chocolates waiting for us on arrival. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish. You can really feel the care and effort put into every part of the stay. I’d absolutely recommend this place — it’s a little gem, and I’d love to return!

we were very impressed with Nicholas house very clean and equipped every thing we needed was there and more Location was great close to restrauants and Thirsk where we had lunch . could not fault it Will definitely go again

Beautiful little cottage, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We loved watching the amazing variety of wildlife including curlew's with their chicks in the wildflower meadow behind the cottage. Being located on the top of a hill, the views are stunning as are the sunsets. We highly recommend Hilltop Cottage and will be returning hopefully soon. Such a lovely cottage, everything you needed was there. Helen our host had left us tea, coffee, milk and some delicious cookies. Lots of little touches made our stay wonderful. Helen was very helpful with transport which was a huge help to us. I would definitely recommend staying here for the beautiful cottage and the amazing scenery, walks and local places to visit.

Lovely, homely cottage with a fabulous view of the hills from the sofa! Well equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area.

Bruce made me feel welcome right from the start with a welcome notice in chalk in the barrel outside the barn. The place exactly matches the description, it’s unique and fascinating with all the artefacts mixed in with all the practical features. It’s warm, clean, functional and fun. Bruce left us a tray with some really generous foods, bacon, eggs, butter, chocolate and delicious cheese. Thank you Bruce, that was really kind and thoughtful.

We spent 6 fabulous nights at Sara’s place and had a great time. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything you’d need for a short break. We travelled fairly extensively over the days we were there, and left with lots still to do, which definitely means a return visit is on the cards The only regret was the weather didn’t allow us to make more use of the wonderful garden. Luckily we did manage one evening outside and it was wonderful!

The cottage was a credit to Rachel. The instructions for finding the cottage and checking in were easy to follow. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Ideal location to explore the Yorkshire Moors. Would recommend the Sun Inn to relax and have a drink. Pickering is a beautiful village. and Oak Cottage is perfectly located to explore. Would highly recommend Rachel as a host and her cottage. Thank you so much x

Without doubt, in regard to the property this is the best my wife and I have ever stayed in. Stunning design, very, very high end throughout, immaculate in every area of the property. Many thoughtful features such as the rack of what to do and where to go brochures in the utility. Excellent info pack detailing such as usage of the microwave, washing machine and dryer etc. The bathroom was far, far superior to the 5 star Scottish hotel I stayed the previous night. Katie was very friendly and open, very quick to respond to all communications. The property is a mere 5 minute stroll from the town centre, with terrific private secure parking behind locked gates. Without doubt, an absolute gem that I cannot recommend highly enough.

Cosy, quirky and great location for RSPB Bempton Cliffs! Welcome goodies were unexpected, including milk and eggs. Would definitely use again.

A peaceful and relaxing place to stay. 3 nights here and we wished we had longer. The home was clean and comfortable with a nice sized kitchen and dining area. Two nice sized en-suite bedrooms with comfortable beds too!. You’re Surrounded by lovely views no matter where you sit in this home. The host Paula was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Paula offered and set up a travel cot for us prior to our arrival which was very much appreciated, especially when you have to pack so much with a little one. We all loved our weekend here and would book again!.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage: everything was clean, comfortable and good quality. It’s in a super peaceful location, just birdsong and the occasional baa of the sheep neighbours! It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, just 30 mins from the coast and there are lots of beautiful villages on the moor. Highly recommended by us!

Emma's place was simply gorgeous! We loved our stay and couldn't stop marvelling at the beautiful location. The cottage was pristine and comfortable and even bigger and more beautiful than the photos. The surroundings and the views from every window were amazing. Emma was a lovely host, helpful and flexible. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

This little cottage in Whitby was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Super close to everything you might need or want to see, e.g. shops, restaurants, the Abbey and loads of wonderful walks along the cliffs etc. The place was spotless and the little touches like having milk and biscuits there waiting for us made it feel super homely straight away. A fabulous base if you want to visit Whitby (the host provided many recommendations of places to eat and visit too!), very much recommend!

We had an amazing week it was perfect for the dogs straight out to the Valley Gardens and a good sized, secure garden. Amenities were close to hand including train station and bus stops we didn’t use the car all week. Stunning walks and friendly bars and cafes. The Outlook was an amazing property we can’t recommend it enough. Also check out the spa hotel 🥹
