The apartment was fantastic. Exactly as described and in a brilliant location with plenty of cafes, bars and restuarants nearby. Rusafa has so much character and feels very local with a real buzz. You can easily then walk to the old town where you can lose yourself in the cobbled streets and squares, all packed with independent shops, cafes and cool bars. It was the perfect 4 day break and we would definitely book again. The host was excellent and very helpful. Thanks

We had a great stay at Jochem's place! The plants were beautiful, such a lovely private terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped, great if you like to cook. The internet was great as well. Overall, a very cozy place. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet area but only a 20 min tram ride to the center of Valencia (easy to get to, only a 5 min walk or so to the stop), and less than 40 mins to the beach. Jochem was also so friendly and helpful! He shared recommendations of things to do in the area, including a medieval fest happening a few blocks away!

The hosts of this stay were incredibly kind and generous and helpful in their communication and recommendations. Staying here in the middle of June we had access to beautiful sunny beach views. One thing to note is that this is perfect for a quiet and slow vacation stay, as it is further away from the main city centre of Valencia. All in all, the place was lovely and clean and matches the descriptions exactly. We are very happy with our stay here!

Nothing to complain about. You get what you see, and that for a very good price in a top location. Definitely recommended.

Jordan’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and not far to walk or bike to other, more active locations, which we really enjoyed. The patio was really lovely as well, although we were out a lot and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Would definitely recommend this wonderful space!

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

A very spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed apartment in a wonderful location. Host met us at the street door to greet us. Good local shops including a Lidl & a Mercardo. Opposite the old Colon Mercado ( with bars & restaurants) and easy walking to the old river and all the facilities. Nice vegetarian restaurant in the next street. Nearest Metro station at the end of the street is Colon with easy access to all other metro lines and airport.

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. Great host, great apartment and location.

The location is ideal for someone who wants to visit the center of Valencia. The house is good for staying. Tana is very customer experienced and supportive to his customers. Whatever I wanted Tana threated extremely well and I really appreciated that. For me that's the most important.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was as exactly as described, and was more than fully stocked with what we needed (toilet paper, towels, kitchen and dish cleaning materials, kitchen basics for cooking). The area is perfect for a 5 minute walk into the Ciutat Vella, with lots of bars, restaurants and morning bakeries nearby. We parked easily at Centro Nuevo shopping car park, with just a quick 10/15 walk to the apartment. Co-host Solana was very helpful and communicative. Perfect base to explore Valencia!

A fantastic apartment for a city stay. Great terrace with sensational views, the accommodation is clean and well equipped. Central and yet very quiet location. Ana is a wonderful host: very friendly, always available and helpful. 100 percent recommendation, we would definitely come back.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

This was our second time in the apartment, the last time we stayed here in the winter, but now with the beautiful weather it was even more pleasant. The sunrise in the bedroom is phenomenal. We were there as a couple with our baby, and really enjoyed the peace (no more renovation work nearby!) and the cozy terrace downstairs. The beach is huge, so there is always plenty of room to enjoy peace and quiet. The bakery just below the apartment is a delight for a delicious breakfast. Everything was again crisp and comfortable. We will undoubtedly come back a third time!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
