Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

A place in the middle of nature, suitable for those who want to get out of everyday life and relax!The property includes a large kitchen with fireplace, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a wood-burning oven and a barbecue. The entire valley is covered by the Cesarano stream and for those who want to take a healthy walk there are many itineraries to follow, where you can meet several wild animals in addition to those of the farm itself!

Relax with the whole family in this mountain home, surrounded by greenery. The house is located in the small village of Montefegatesi, 850 meters above sea level. It includes an entrance, a kitchen with all amenities, a living room - dining room with panoramic view from the terrace (TV and Wi-Fi). A bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with terrace and a bedroom with two beds (crib and changing table available). An outdoor area with table, umbrella and barbecue.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. The home of the Codirosso: timeless soul in Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

We offer accommodation at an old farm which has been gently renovated to preserve the old rustic style but with modern amenities such as air conditioning, internet and smart devices in each room.
