Waterfront holiday rentals in Phocis

The stay, at the accommodation, exceeded our expectations. We booked nine nights. During our vacation, the host made sure everything was in order. Twice the apartment was deep cleaned and the underwear was changed. The recommendations she gave us were adequate and perfectly in line with our expectations. An added bonus is the baker and the beach restaurant which we used daily. Our vacation was great and despite a 10 hour trip we would book it again in time as long as there are apartments available.

Beautiful beach-side house with great views across the Gulf of Corinth. The ground floor is a spacious open plan living area with big comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are also generous size, each with a balcony. The fittings furniture and interior are very classy and made for a luxurious stay. The location is great - we stayed in May and it was very quiet in the area. The beach is right on your doorstep and it's a pleasant area to walk around. It's good to have a car if you want to get to the centre of Patras, although there is a train station maybe 3-400m away. The host was communicative and helpful. We arrived at night and it took us a little while to find the house. Note that it's the last house on the left as you drive towards the sea. The GPS pin is not quite in the right place. All in all I highly recommend this place.

We had a great time in a beautiful and newly renovated apartment. Lovely sunrise view from the balcony. The place is just a tiny bit of the tourist track to be a bit quieter, but near enough to enjoy all advantages and visit Delphi, Galaxidi and more. Spyros is a very nice host, caring and always easy and fast to get in touch. Can only recommend.

Apartment located in a large residential building directly on the beach. Very Spacious. Expandable by another bedroom. Comfortable bed with sea view. Attractive waterfront with many restaurants (recommendation: appetizers at Το Καρέ του Μεέ).

Nathalie was a great host and we had a fantastic time at Poseidonia. The house is very comfortable and the garden almost magical. The beach in front of the house is great and there are some amazing restaurant options within a short walk along the seaside promenade. All in all we had a great stay and look forward to visiting again in the future if we get a chance. Thanks!

Loved that there were lots of pots and pans and just a bunch of stuff. It felt like home - a lot better than most airbnb's that are stripped down to the bare minimum. Less than one minute to a peaceful walk along the water. Even closer walk to a nice grocery that even had a bottle of Jamesons Irish Whiskey for sale.

Excellent view, you can see the sea almost from every window of the house! The house is very clean, a few steps from the restaurants and the market. We definitely recommend it!

The large home set on the very edge of a small town was welcoming and convenient for travel between Delphi and Kastraki. The home was well equipped, clean, and would be ideal for several couples or a large family. The host family was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience with the house. Super comfortable, beachfront, with the most beautiful sunrises!!! It was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

Wonderful place in a perfect location.

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea is just across a small street. The apartment is nice, modern, and clean. The host was very responsive with communication and even sent over somebody to show us where the washer was (under the kitchen counter from the living room side). Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.

I stayed here for two nights during my visit to Delphi. It’s located right by the beach, with walking access to restaurants and stores, and just a 20-minute drive to Delphi. A lovely little beach town! Kostas, the host, was great. The place was perfect for me—had everything I needed. I’m very happy I stayed here!

The place is great and Panayiotis provided everything you need! We didn't miss anything! The location is very good by the sea and on foot you can do as you want in a few minutes. Everything was flawless, I highly recommend it!

great apartment very close (2min walk) from a public beach. 10 min walk to the centre of the town. restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. highly recommended especially for a family with young children.

Very nice apartment in a nice setting just by the sea. Quiet location just outside Kamena Vourla. Rita the host was extremely helpful with all our queries and very quick to respond and resolve a couple of issues we had at check in. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the place inside and out! It was so relaxing listening to the sound of the ocean waves, and chatting with the locals. It was easy to get around by car (no scary Greek roads). The Nikolaiika Beach a few minutes drive away is lovely, with beach umbrellas and loungers, tavernas w yummy food. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay, and would love to go back!
