We booked the room at last minute and got responses so quickly and they even managed to prepare some welcome snacks. Very kind and sweet. The apartment is located at the center of town and you can walk to anywhere. 5 mins to the seaside. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The balcony is amazing. Strongly recommend to anyone wants to visit the town.

This is a beautiful apartment located in the outskirts of Patras. This makes it slightly inconvenient to reach the center, but we didn't mind as we mainly used the place to stay for the night. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The terrace is nice too, but the weather wasn't too great. In all, great value for money, especially for those who want to stay in. If you want to explore Patras, you better strap your laces. In our case, we took the car down the boulevard through the port and parked near the large church.

Very comfortable apartment with all amenities required. Amazing views and lovely little balcony out front. Very comfortable main bed and 2 x large bathrooms. Only 2 of us so plenty of room. Very easy and quick to walk into Delphi village if you don’t mind a lot of steps. Felt much longer when driving because of one way road. Parking on road okay. Lucky to find spot outside👍 Thank you for a great stay

Very beautiful apartment in the city center, you can walk everywhere. Well-built and clean space, with all the details taken care of and a very beautiful and large balcony. It was exactly as shown in the photos. Enjoyable stay, I highly recommend it.

My stay was everything I needed and wanted to full fill my stay in Patras. I highly recommend this condo. Location was perfect. Within walking distance and far enough from square that I felt safe and private in my stay. Lena is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful in any questions and numbers to help navigate where I want to go while my stay in Patras.

We were super well hosted by Foteini despite our late arrival with the ferry. Restaurant recommendations were great. We really enjoyed being able to do everything on foot from the apartment which is very well positioned!

I came from uk to serve the Greek army the place was just amazing the how very kind he welcomed me with instructions and jokes felt like I’ve known him for long time was just the perfect house to relax for some days before I serve army good job !

We stayed many places during our visit in Greece, but this place was the coziest by far! The bed and linens were so fluffy and fresh that we slept 12hrs and finally kicked our jet lag to the curb. Xylokastro was a quaint little village, lots of little bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. it was so lovely going out to the balcony and seeing fruit trees everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay!

The home was very good! It is close to the center and serves every need. Very well equipped and with an excellent view provides a pleasant stay experience. Nantia is very kind and helpful! I will definitely choose it again in the future and would highly recommend it!

We loved the apartment in the heart of Xylocastro’s beach and boardwalk. Very clean, flexible rooming to accommodate our family and beautiful yard.

We had a lovely time. The hosts could not have done enough for us, helped us whenever we needed anything. Always on hand. Would definitely go back. As well as the pool, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurant, where you can use their umbrellas & sunbeds. Sea was clean and clear!
