Holiday rentals with beach access in Phocis

Comfortable apartment and beautiful sea view Nevertheless, we regretted the reception by SMS, and a small lack of equipment to our liking No microwave, real table on the terrace for dinner and deckchair for basking in the sun. In addition, going down to the beach by the stairs was not possible for me It does not meet the standards, the last step measures more than 40 cm and there is no ramp. I had reported my knee problems... Without these small shortcomings, the apartment would deserve a 15/10 VERY GOOD

This was the absolute most peaceful, amazing stay. Our host is an absolute gem and you feel like you're visiting family. Wonderful "beach town" to walk, or bike around, supermarket near by and great restaurants and coffee shops. You will never want to leave!!

We had a fantastic stay and wished we'd stayed an extra night. Basilis is so friendly, genuinely and generous. The house uses its space effectively, and as a result feels super comfortable and open. We walked up easily to explore the castle from here, the ruins start at the end of the street. The local oranges and eggs he left were a lovely touch of old school hospitality. Minimum 2-3 night stay recommended. Thanks again Basilis.

This is the second time we come to this apartment and everything was impeccable. Platanos beach quiet and picturesque, the apartment had all the necessities and Akrata is very close for anything extra we needed. Mostly hosts who were very friendly and immediately available.

The location couldn't be better - a serene oasis where all you hear is the soothing rhythm of the sea, yet just a short ride from a selection of great bars and restaurants. For those seeking more options, the town is a scenic 5-minute coastal drive away, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and additional beaches to explore. Irene, our host, was simply wonderful. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The house itself is a testament to elegant simplicity. Despite its compact size, it lacks nothing in comfort or amenities. We spent hours enjoying the warm, inviting sea. Its ever-changing moods - from serene to playfully choppy - provided endless entertainment.

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

Alexis was an excellent host! He made us feel "at home". Our accommodation provided us with everything we needed and more. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to unwind in a serene landscape in nature. The view from the accommodation is amazing. I highly recommend it and we will definitely visit it again at the first opportunity. Alexis, thank you very much for everything!

Excellent view, you can see the sea almost from every window of the house! The house is very clean, a few steps from the restaurants and the market. We definitely recommend it!

The house was very nice and comfortable The hosts were very caring and helpful. There was everything in the kitchen. They even put it in the basic food needs. Only the guests should have been informed that they have to pay 8 euros per day.

Spacious home near the water. Check in and check out was key transfer from George and wife with tour of house and garden. Super nice people.

We loved staying here! We were two couples and each had our own space. The apartment is modern and we felt like we were living in luxury. The hosts are very responsive and want to make sure that their guests have the best time. They couldn't have been more accomodating. We couldn't recommend this place more highly. In addition, it was in a fantastic spot, close to restaurants and shops.

Φανταστικό! The apartment had everything we needed and more. We loved sitting on the balcony, viewing the sea and drinking nescafe. The location was perfect for easily walking anyplace in Itea. And one of the nicest areas of Itea. The best base for easy traveling to many attractions. I think, however, it would be helpful to know in advance that there are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the second floor. I realize the future plan is to install an elevator, but I think this is extremely important infomation. The only things I didn't find in the apartment were some ajax and windex for cleaning the bathroom/kitchen. (We were there for 10 days.

Nikos is a super host - we stayed a few nights at this apartment and it was a perfect base to explore Delphi and the mountains.

Dinos was one of the best hosts we've ever stayed in!! Communicative, willing to help, accurate and very pleasant!! The house is spotless, close to the central market, just like in the photos and fully equipped!!! Wherever you wanted to go it was walkable!! Highly recommend!!!

My stay was everything I needed and wanted to full fill my stay in Patras. I highly recommend this condo. Location was perfect. Within walking distance and far enough from square that I felt safe and private in my stay. Lena is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful in any questions and numbers to help navigate where I want to go while my stay in Patras.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights. Perfect location, short walk into town and close to the beach. The apartment had everything you need for a few days and the host was extremely helpful and friendly.

Super easy communication with the host. Very easy check-in and clean Airbnb. And nothing was missing. I would book it again.

When I arrived, I was surprised to see fruit in a bowl, juice in the fridge, and all the morning amenities that I needed. The place was very quiet in the evenings, despite a lively bar being downstairs. They usually turned off their music around 10 pm. I love the Netflix that was available. It was wonderful to walk along the water. The trip to town on foot took about 10 minutes. You had to walk up a cobblestone street to get to the main town. Shops tend to close in the afternoon and then reopen in the early evening. The only setback about the place was that there was no convenient store close by. If I had a car, then it would not have been an issue. The host was lovely and very helpful. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommended!
