Το Cozy_Studio είναι ένα μοντέρνο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα 33τ.μ. στην περιοχή του Καστελοκάμπου της Πάτρας. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, είναι διαμπερές και με όμορφη θέα. Απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης και 5 λεπτά οδικώς από το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Ρίου και το Πανεπιστήμιο. Είναι πολύ κοντά στις αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις του Προμηθέα, Τόφαλος και Golden tennis club. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά δίπλα σε σταθμό τρένου, στάση λεωφορείου και μόλις 80μ. από την παραλία.

On the beach - a piece of family history

You are welcome to our pet friendly holiday home. My brother and I have been refurbishing this for the last year, rediscovering our childhood memories. The house is right in front of the sea (literally 50 steps) with its clean and cold waters. We have restored some pieces of furniture from our family's history and you will find original art on the walls. We have always loved falling asleep with the sound of the sea and we hope you will enjoy this feeling too.

Διαμέρισμα στη δυτική πλευρά της Αράχωβας. Η διακόσμηση είναι vintage με αναγεννησιακά χαρακτηριστικά. Πολύ ζεστό τον χειμώνα και αρκετά δροσερό το καλοκαίρι! Βρίσκεται σε προνομιακή θέση καθώς απέχει μόλις 5' με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Αράχωβας, και μισή ώρα από το Χιονοδρομικό Κέντρο Παρνασσού. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 3 άτομα (διπλό κρεβάτι και έξτρα μονό). Διαθέτει κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με ηλεκτρική εστία, φουρνάκι, ψυγείο, τοστιέρα, καφετιέρα.

It is everything you need for a country getaway, as the area combines mountain and sea, and it also has a private parking area for guests! It also has free WiFi! It is possible to check-in without the presence of a host with a key storage box next to the main entrance of the building, in the parking area!
