Perfect stay all around.

Great Airbnb! Very accessible and Ann Marie was very quick to respond with any query. Situated right next to the septa it made travel super easy.

We had a fantastic stay at the Malvern Ave and Nora and the team were fantastic hosts. The amenities at the club house are fantastic. We loved it so much we have rebooked to stay in September.

AVE was perfect stay for a 6 day family vacation. It was modern new and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had so much space. I loved that I was able to do some laundry in its separate laundry room. Full size kitchen was great. The walk in closets gave us space to unpack. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay again when we go back and visit family in the area.

Booked for my visiting parents. Ann Marie was there at check in and was super friendly. The space is clean and neat, with older, but certainly adequate furnishings. The location is ideal if you are looking for a walkable neighborhood on the main line.

Beautiful place, within walking distance of the commuter train to New York City and Philadelphia, friendly caring hostess, everything needed was there, quiet, comfortable - all that you could wish for! Thank you.

This place was perfect for our 8-day stay for a party of 6. Lots of room, the place was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see deer grazing on the property. Everyone was so nice and cheerful. We loved our stay!!!

I love this place. It’s in a super walkable area. I walked to target and Dunkin’ Donuts. I love that the city fitness is around the corner as well. One of my favorite brunch spots (north 3rd) is right on the corner. The apartment was SUPER clean. I really felt at home, like the space was familiar. The internet was great I was able to work from home with no issues. They had enough towels. My favorite part honestly was that I was able to refill my water bottle on the fridge.

We loved our stay! Beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable place! Plenty of space for our large family with great gathering places (dining and living room) while have quiet and privacy in bedrooms. The sofa bed was actually pretty large and comfortable, which is rare! Would recommend and stay again!

Rainie and Billy’s place was perfect. It was very clean and it felt like home. It’s right in the center of the city so it’s very close to everything too, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. Would definitely stay here again.

If I had a dollar for the amount of times I said, "Can I just live here??" I would be rich. This place is stunning! The design, the neighborhood, the amenities. My husband and I seriously started looking up apartments nearby, that's how much we loved it. We have both worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade each. I've worked in Five star, James Beard, and Michelin starred hotels/ restaurants. With Airbnb, it's rare you see the extra amenities that reflect those types of places. But, this one was thoughtful, communicative, and went a step above. Some of the high touch details I loved were the black makeup towels, the umbrellas, lighting options (something for everyone - overhead, lamps, dimmer switches), and electric curtains. They thought of everything and it shows. I would stay here over and over. In fact, I would live here AS IS, with all of their gorgeous design choices.

Beautiful home and host! Definitely will be my go to from now on when I come to Philly! Loved the neighborhood, and the place was immaculate!

The home was absolutely beautiful and felt very comfortable. We did have a couple issues while staying but the host was very helpful and responded quickly every time. We stayed as a family of 5 and we never felt crowded or anything. The roof deck was very relaxing, we enjoyed blowing bubble and watching them float around by the mural on the neighboring wall. Absolutely beautiful and would recommend if you also have children with you! There were many local experiences that were in walking distance, even a park up the block that has a little something for everyone. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Philadelphia and when we return we plan on staying with this host. The best host we have ever stayed with. I felt like I was staying in one of my family’s houses!

This was a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of the city. We felt very safe in this location. Would recommend parking by the building. We felt good about our decision to pay a little extra to have our car and belongings in this garage and locked up overnight. We used Lyft to get around to all the places we wanted to go. It was super easy and convenient. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials you would need in case you forgot anything. It was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to all our needs and very accommodating. They were friendly and easy to work with. The apartment was definitely worth the price and a great value for the money. If you want a place near some of the local attractions give this a try! You won’t be sorry!!

Billie was responsive and helped us work through some hiccups earlier in our stay. Reasonable price for the conditions and great location!
